Any other teams rotating tonight or are they all taking it seriously?
My predictions:
Azzurri 0 Jaffas 2
Magic 2 Edgy 2 (Magic in ET/pens)
Valo 1 Lake Mac 2
Dudley 1 Weston 4 (depends what side Weston put out)

Great game tonight at Magic Park.Credit to both teams.Edgy off to a flying start going 2-0 up and looking good at halftime. But from there I thought Magic were the better team and deserved to go through.Would be great to know if anyone was watching on tv if the Brockie 1v1 in the first half and the late regular time winner that was chalked off for Magic were both offside as called. One thing I loved was both clubs having their youth players behind each goal it gave it an even better atmosphere even if it looked like it cost one kid his face after a rocket from Brockie caught them. All that action for $5 lets hope we get a similar rematch on sunday.
Edgey missed Josh Evans massively tonight.
Yes it was a great atmosphere and how good were those horns? That bloke who blows the horn is a maniac. He had a few apprentices there blowing horns too. $5 is a fair match entry fee. This Sunday of course it goes back to $10 which coincidentally is the same price to buy a horn.
Round 6 draw was done today
Jaffas vs Newcastle Olympic
Coffs City vs Lake Macquarie City
(Winners of above play each other next round)
Magic vs Port United
Belswans vs Weston
(Winners of above play each other next round)
Dates/times TBA but will be over the June long weekend.

Agree, the facility is terrible for spectators and atmosphere.
I believe the reason the up coming round is always out there is it is washout proof. It would be a bit rough on the northern teams coming down to Newcastle only to have their games washed out. And also a neutral venue. It would also be unfair to always give the Newcastle teams (who are typically already a level or two above in quality) the home ground advantage by default. I’d like to see the regional teams given the chance to host but the logistics would be a bit tricky.
As suspected all Round 6 games at the LMRFF, to be played on the 12th of June. Here's the schedule:
Belswans vs Weston - 11:00am
Coffs City United vs Lake Macquarie City - 1:30pm
Broadmeadow Magic vs Port United - 4:00pm
Lambton Jaffas vs Newcastle Olympic - 6:30pm
Good idea in theory, however I don't think you'll get the clubs onboard. Hypothetical....... you've got Olympic vs Magic on at say Weston, while simultaneously you have Valentine versus Coffs Harbour at Magic Park. How many Magic folk would want to miss their team play (rightfully so) to run Magic Park and cater for two other random teams.
The above applies to all teams, that was just the example I thought of.
