If its the Rule to play on from 2nd half as previously mentioned then there should be no problem.

The problem is that the home team may be up in first half and push to keep playing then abandon match 1 min into 2nd half.

    Any rule can be exploited.

No rain. The excuses to abandon a match far outweighs the need to play unfortunately.

As pointed out, the rule isn't to just play on from second half. That was an incorrect statement by The Magician.

    Ah yes. Very good.

    Magician you lying muppet

We need some more concrete rules on these scenarios so there's no doubt as what needs to happen. Discretion by NNSW is not the answer.

That's two draws with Cooks Hill and a draw with Lake Macquarie this year by Azzurri. 6 points lost to the teams running 9th and 10th.
Could prove costly in the title race

Don’t forget Jaffas, 9 points behind with 4 games in hand (already had their bye)
Valo, lakes, maitland, Charlestown to catch up on.
Going to be a tight finish that’s for sure

Games in hand for the top 3
    Magic- Lakes & Cookers
    Charlestown- Jaffas & Olympic
    Maitand- Jaffas, Jaffas and Edgeworth

Jaffas will do well to get 9 points from their 6 games in hand.

Cooks were good for that pt. Good game considering the pitch looked a dog to play on. The comp as a whole is a decent watch.

As for the standard are we NPL 3 Sydney level?

You must have watched a different game to me, Charlestown missed several chances, cookers competed but I don’t believe they deserved a goal as their attacking was limited, when it went to 1 all they changed their shape to 5,4,1, 🤷*♂️🤷*♂️, playing for a point with 20 to go,

Must have. I was actually facing the game.

Yeah Charlie had some chances but on the break cookers had 2 good chances to go up. Both setup up by Newto. Depends on what you wanna see
