    Not many of the younger generation keen to put the little extra efforts in that make a zone league football club run. Most just want to turn up play/ train and go home again. That's why there are huge numbers of all age teams these days. Clubs are slowly dying off as they aren't regenerating squads or committees, by no fault of their own.
    just about spot on there.
    Its to easy for the clubs and powers that be, train?, play, go home, no effort everyone gets a game in the end......little johny is happy.

    I know plenty of NPL players who put zero back into the game but always seem to be lauded for their on field efforts and treated as heroes, the real heroes are the ones who play and then either coach or join the admin, it happens at the top also.
