Not reliant on your head coach. What happens if club wants to sack him if results go south. Oh wait, we can't as he brings us the money.

Edgeworth lucky to get a point today up at Azzurii. Both teams looked like they were missing a player or two. Entertaining game nonetheless.

Spot on Devon good day up at Azzurri. In Reggies Azzurri looked very strong. Not sure his name but the young centre back was very impressive. Clearly taking advantage of having 2 former A League centre backs at the club to learn off.
In first grade was an entertaining game without out Edgeworth looking like ever winning. Azzurri let them off the hook by butchering some chances. I do wonder if Rene went down injured where their goals would come from. If he didn?t score yesterday I wasn?t sure who would for them

Sad to see a club with such a rich history struggling as there are.

In all seriousness, good for them.
Improving facilities in the region is great news, regardless of who the recipients are.
More of it, more spread of it around. There will be some arguments that you could use that money across multiple grounds to make improvements, but as long as Newcastle region is getting some funding from the governments, hard to complain.

Assuming by the pictures, there’s a clubhouse/corporate type area at the top, tunnel in the middle feeding to change rooms and a step area to seating area ratio of 1:1.

Somewhat serious question, how accessible is this facility? I had heard a number of years ago councils knocking back facility upgrades etc because they were not considered accessible to wheelchairs. Have councils changed this approach?

    Article notes the following:

Amenities for people with a disability will be included on both levels of the building, which will be connected by a lift. The top floor will also have a community space and designated accessibility area for spectating.
Sounds like it will be similar to No.2.

There's a lift and a designated accessible area upstairs for viewing according to the article.
