We had, give or take, five of our best XI out. If you look at my prediction, I still thought we could get the job done comfortably however I grossly underestimated the Kotara Bears. They have this one guy up front, tall with a shaved or short haircut who was really high quality. He's been there for a few years and keeps getting better.

Unless they are offering him starting senior spots why would he go? May as well get the experience when young and then be a far better keeper at 18 than NPL keepers playing their age group

If at 14 he is being chased by NPL clubs for what age?
If they are chasing for his age group, I can understand but not for Seniors, if he is of that caliber he would be in the Jets or Mariners programs.
