    ALM 22/23 - Jets v Roar - 27/1/23 7:45pm

Ins: Callum Timmins, Moonib Adus (promoted)

    Outs: Brandon OíNeill, Noah James

    Unavailable: Manabu Saito

Jack Duncan (gk), 2. Dane Ingham, 3. Jason Hoffman, 5. Matthew Jurman (co-captain), 7. Trent Buhagiar, 8. Beka Dartsmelia, 9. Beka Mikeltadze, 10. Reno Piscopo, 11. Jaushua Sotirio, 14. Mohamed Al-Taay, 17. Kosta Grozos, 18. Daniel Stynes, 19. Callum Timmins, 20. Michael Weier (gk), 24. James McGarry, 25. Carl Jenkinson (co-captain), Archie Goodwin, 31. Moonib Adus, 32. Angus Thurgate, 33. Mark Natta.

Not sure who Adus is. Youth player? No O'Neill still. Destined to lose because we're playing roar at home and I doubt the puddle will make an appearance. Surely natta comes back into the starting line-up.

That's a great question but it still doesn't top the question on how Ingham and Sotirio get starts over traffic cones

Enjoyable half to watch. Absolutely carving them up across the entire front of the pitch. They just seem to have enough bodies back, they are also very weary of letting Beka free or giving Thurgate space.

Just need to keep our own legs shut and I reckon this is winnable.

Roar are so dumb with when to foul, letting Piscopo go when he's free and fouling Sotirio or Stynes when they are going backwards. Classic Jets stuff right there.

Damn we look good in patches, if we just didn't have all those other patches we'd be a really good side.

    Sotirio and Burhagier scoring

Roar are going full retard mode tonight to let that occur

Sotirio and Beka didn't really do much until they scored... good on them.
Like it or not, our most efficient goal scorer is still Buhagiar, with 1 goal every 250 minutes. Which says a lot.

Piscopo as a 10(ish) worked very well.
Jenkinson solid as a central defender.

I still would take the traffic cones over both of them

Tonight was a tactical masterclass of retardation from the Roar Manager

They played the full court man to man press the entire game and despite constantly getting exposed in the first half without being punished they continued it for the 90 mins until we were able to punish them

    They made us look good

Though must say the boy Timmins impresses more n more every time I see him play

Roar are a pretty poor team, they are struggling big time.

I'm a big fan of Papas, he plays good attacking football and is not afraid of taking the game to anyone. Hopefully they can put some solid performances together and the supporters get behind them.

Archie has a goal every 72 minutes this season.
