Whatever the decision is, I?m sure it will be met with resounding acceptance!

For me, it should be rewarded to the team who wins the Minor Premiership, regardless if they make the GF or not.

At least that way, there is a financial benefit to coming 1st.

Good choice. Thought they did an excellent job hosting a couple of years ago. Although Suns also did a great job last year but then there is the discussion of whether the GF should be held at a neutral venue.

I heard that too. The pitch is fantastic and they did a good job of ZL1 and ZPL GFs a couple of years back.
Myers Park was good last year too, but Darling St probably trumps it based on playing surface.
Either one of those would be good. Going to somewhere like Fletcher would be a slap in the face to all the ZL1 teams.
Either use a ZL1 pitch, or better (ie NPL level)

Darling Street would be a good choice. Still feel that a Saturday grand final would be better for everyone.

There’s always something exciting about playing on a better ground than you are used to for a GF.

Any teams play a make up game this week?

Those that have 3,4 or 5 games what is the excuse could have played Wed and Thurs or are they just hoping the season gets pushed back. The teams that are up to date or only a game behind get punished by that

That?s when a strong administrator would step in and make it happen

As many teams as possible should have been catching up a game this week. The weeks are running out. If clubs miss an opportunity like this week to play (especially the teams with 4 or 5 games to make up) then I hope in the last few weeks they have to play Sat,Tue,Thurs and Sat and when they complain we remind them of this week and missed opportunity

Westlakes vs Warners Bay was scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday but the rain at the start of the week had the grounds unfit for play.

There were games scheduled midweek but the rain once again won the day.
I do believe most clubs are doing their best to games on and there will be a flurry of games mid week again planned for next week.

When Newcastle City and Lake Macquarie Councils close virtually all grounds city wide, how are you suggesting games are to be played?

Looks like we?ve got an extended run of good weather coming up so hopefully can finally get some football played.
