Can't say I agreed with everything he did, but I believe we're in a better position now than we were when he joined. Given the constraints and uncertainty, that deserves some credit in my opinion.

Yep, When you acquire the keys to the farm you can appoint whoever it is you like.
It could also be noted the Wests Tigers have remained a circus on and off the field even after above mentioned departures.
Shane was clearly in Babysitter Mode while at the club. The plan was probably for Justin Pascoe to take this role eventually.
It would be nice to see the club explore all available options and employ the best person for the role.
We need some strong leadership off the field if we are going to survive medium to long term.
