Pretty sure we've been there a few times as part of a Jets preseason cevapi tour - last time was years ago though
I always liked it, dunno if its still a decent venue though
Wed night will be interesting, Rockdale are currently top of the NPL NSW after beating APIA on the weekend so they will probably be a tougher test than WU were

Good to see Vidic given a run and putting some goals away.
Not been overly impressed with the performance so far, hoping we can come out in the 2nd half looking stronger.
Hoofing and hanging on again.....last minute equaliser all over this.
The pitch is so awkward that I think this game is more about the result than the performance. We've been relying on Natta to start all our attacks it seems and with the sticky pitch that's just a recipe for disaster. Grozos really needs some help in midfield defence so he can put more energy towards moving the ball forward quicker in transition. Which again, is a recipe for failure in these conditions.
If they can hang on, great, but if not I just hope nobody gets injured and the kids take a few lessons from the conditions/scenario of playing against older/wiser heads in their home conditions.
Not exactly a confidence building performance. Held them out but they had enough chances.
GTFO. Grab an Uber and return safely.
The choice to bring on Susjnar during a corner was very bizarre, no idea what happened there. Also, it seems odd not to have brought on Nunes and Rose, them coming on alongside Adams, who himself added a bit of spark going forward, would have helped us in attack and taken some pressure off our midfield and backline.
Still some large holes in the team at present. The lack of a real CAM means our only options in attack are down the flanks, and I'm hoping Susjnar is match fit come the next cup game because I really feel like Natta needs to be benched for a couple games.
Need a real 10 before the season proper starts. And if Grozos is going to be taking corners and set pieces i can see a lot wasted opportunities this season. He would have to be the worst set piece taker in the League.
I didn't watch the game, out at one of the many catch ups local games.
Stat wise looked really close, not great signs.
Has been noted Rockdale are coming first in NSW NPL, but they were beaten 9-0 in the league by Marconi about two and a half's weeks ago.
Most A League teams weren't very convincing, goes to show when the money in the game doesn't rise neither will the quality.
I'm less down-beat on the performance. Not bad for a second competitive outing. We were hungry in the first third of the game, stepping up when needed.
I wouldn't underestimate the impact of the artificial turf, either. It slowed as the game progressed.
It's good we got through, as we will have more matches with something meaningful on the line.
Wait for the draw next week now. Maximum of 8 A-League teams will remain by the conclusion.

Watched Moreton City demolish Gold Coast Knights 5-2 in the top of the table QLD NPL last night on YouTube.
Moreton city won their round of 32 game midweek convincingly against Campbelltown city in the Australia cup.
I have watched a fair bit of various NPL leagues this year, Moreton City's ball movement is as impressive as any team in Sydney or Melbourne. They will give most A League teams a good run.
Both edgeworth and Jaffas crushed
