Never any good seeing careers ruined over bad challenges. I cant speak on things in the past I can only speak on what I?ve seen since I?ve been involved and I?ve seen our club referees send off numerous Kurri players. We have a new club referee this year whose soul purpose is to referee. He is also doing another club in the same division.
I wasnt trying to make out like our club referees are perfect. I just dont necessarily agree that an 11 year old should be officiating a senior match.
Thanks for the feedback anyway and Ill pass it on to the necessary people and make sure that people coming to our ground feel like they are given a fair go.
If someone is being a clubbie for two clubs, why don?t they just join the association and do it officially?

Got a local game at the Terrace yesterday! Whoever does the pitch curation needs to be sub-contracted out to every other club! Looked like it didn't even have a cm of mud on it. As for the game, not sure of the end scoreline, but it was big to Medowie even after being down to 10-man after 30 mins. I left the ground at 8-2. Very entertaining footy

A handful of Merewether players were involved with Garden Suburb before a few selfish individuals at Garden Suburb kicked out 80 odd people from the club. It tore a community away from what brought them all together.
I don't think there is much spite between the two playing groups, but there is still a lot of resentment towards committee members still involved with Garden Suburb.
