I think it?s an even closer comp next year, Cessnock are the big improvers who will go close to playoffs

I don't know, it's only November, ask me again in March and I'll probably have a different answer

I know some clubs have had trials, but many others haven't at least one isn't starting training until late January.

What?s people?s thoughts on best time to start for a non professional comp. The comp is 4-5 months away if you start late Jan gives a 2month preseason.

If you have experience in your squad and most people look after themselves 8 weeks or so is good.
Are the teams starting now on the younger side?

Proof will be in the results I guess

My opinion is the competition is long enough as it is. Comps aren?t won in March/april. 2 month pre season

If you really love the game, youd want to play 9 months. Take the summer off.

Reckon Belswans had it won in the first 2 months.
