Jets v Roar Fri 21st 7.35PM AEDT at Maccas

At risk of stating the bleedin obvious, we need to win this one, but we need to get rid of the negative GD, so a big score would be good.
We've got a good recipe with the team lately and I can watch them without cringing(most of the time)
Also need no injury, wouldn't take much for a wheel to fall off
We can jump 2 places with favourable results

all of those are reasons why we are almost certainly going to lose.

Once again there?s an NPL game at the same time as the Jets, we need to row together or we will just keep going around in circles, and please don?t serve me crap about ground availability

This will be going for 3 wins in a row and against the bottom placed side which we really should win means that we are simply going to lose this match

First time I've seen Garang Arou in the broader squad. Was it on here I read a few people had seen him play and rated him?

Good for the pathway this season with Dobson, van Dorssen, Nunes in and around the first time and now Arou.

Like I said last time Red, the Federation can fix this easily, they think having a season launch at last home game was enough, poor form NNSW

Dammit, why did we get our dodgy penalty call against these guys and not when we will actually need it.

I'm surprised by the stats. They showed Roar had more possession, more dominance and it didn't feel like that at all. Felt we could have had 5 or 6.

Do you think Kota will play out wide or more centrally when we sell him to Sydney FC for an undisclosed fee?

Wasn’t the best performance from us, but it was comfortable minus a rocket of a free kick.

The draw coming up is absolutely horrendous for us and for mine feels like it could be the thing that sinks this run of form. We’re not playing again for two weeks, then following from that Sunday game we play Wednesday, and then we play again that next Sunday. And then, we take another week off before we play our next game.

Everyone seems happy at the moment and happy teams do well. The free kick was bad positioning of the wall for mine.

We're on our longest undefeated streak in 2 years (we went 6 undefeated in Feb 2023).

Also, Garang Arou wearing 60 becomes the largest number worn by a Newcastle United or Newcastle United Jets player ever. Surpasses the number 50 worn by Tomislav Arcaba
