Got him at 31's was worth a lazy tenner.

And sooboog can eat a bag of dicks, watch him come out and win as soon as Q's money goes on the lay.

    Not a gee up.

Quite unbelievable really. Yes there are issues with illegalities in the industry. However it is across the board, not just greyhounds, but gallops and pacers too. While I don't condone any of the illegal actions, I do condone the painting of all with the same brush. There are a lot of honest, hard working trainers and breeders that will lose their job because of this.

old mate ralph horowitz on twitter has a decent point though, the number of races each year is probably unsustainable. same with horses to an extent. lots of mid-week rubbish running around that's probably only good for the knackers anyway.

more oversight and control of the bad-egg owners, and less races at a higher standard would be a better outcome than a blanket ban.

crap product made worse by the sheer weight of numbers and the turnover of animals.

further, will be interesting to see if Baird stands by his hot take and refuses to take the cut of turnover of interstate greyhound meets. bet he doesn't

He wouldn't have the balls to ban Polo, Equestrian, and Thoroughbred racing even though they are equally as dire for the animals in many respects.

They don't have a great track record for dog welfare so you might be onto something.

anyone having a stab at the ramornie handicap today up at grafton?

had a look at decision time at 22, had a decent run second to mount nebo at randwick recently (who he comes up against today as well)

hope the old warhorse still has it in him

i have a blackbooker in the race before - hesitation - but i cannae remember why i booked it. get it at 10 if you want it.

Was a very open race, no real stand outs to me. Not surprising something with some value won it!
