In all honesty, it's one game. Let Rogers game plan get fully implemented. Should show up some gaps to get fixed before transfer window closes

Laugh all you like. I'm not going to jump on the sack Rodgers bandwagon. I think they will come good. May be biased but that's what I think. Let the new signings gel, let the new style get embedded and Liverpool will do well.

One game doesn't make a season. 37 left - as long as they learn from this loss.

oh crap. They're at it again. Sing... it was over, before it began....
    still could get 8th.
Do players & coaches relax and put the feet up when they get to Anfield believing they've made it, job done. Have a few mediocre seasons then leave with a decent bank balance.

    give it time mate

the basics are there, and we performed well considering our first choice CB was suspended and we lost Lucas so early on. Controlled the game in large patches and it was two defensive brain farts that lost us the game.

I actually watched this game last night due to insomnia

it really was the best performance by a Liverpool team I've seen in years - City can say they weren't at their best but that was in most part due to Liverpool pressing on them and dominating

but yeah, as sh10 put it so well, it's Liverpool so expect more good results against big teams and shit results against shit teams

i wasn't really having a go at skrtel, moreso just commenting on his affect on the game, but if you want to be like that rafael was best on ground on saturday (apart from maybe dembele who is excellent).

Subject was about faces not biased performance. Raphael is a dropped pie.
