The Egg should have his own personal body guard 24-7 to protect him from harm and us from Craig Deans. I am putting that up there as Number 1 on our priorities

The blokes only just turned 12 or something so no great pressure on him to play at HAL level yet.

Give him some time and let him develop in the Yoofs.
