Growing up down near Mo-town, I've got a lot of mates who are supporters of the scum and its not unusual for them to text/call/facey abuse me whenever they win or when they think they are going to win, and they particularly come out of the woodwork against the Jets...
I copped a lot of it leading up to the last game against them (Round 10), so confident and sure of beating us...
I haven't heard one smarmy peep out of any of them so far, in fact, a few are actually conceding thinking we will do them!
I still want to err on the side of caution and say we will get smashed.. Low expectations.. Can only go up from there yeah?

I'm not going to predict the score but I will say I am confident that we will stick it to them, with confidence up after the win and 2 clean-sheets in a row and now with news that Heskey will be back, I believe the boys will be up for it. With plenty of local lads who have grown up hating the Scum (Regan, Virgili and now Hoole) in the side now, plus possibly Jobe, I can't see our boys taking a backward step.
Plus don't forget Ry Griff on NBN just then saying how much Novocastrians hate Coasties.
