Someone should have told Universal Studios that.
Not to worry it's going to be hilarious when they waste a ton of money trying to make this whole Dark Universe. I expect Frankenstein, Dracula, Swamp Thing and the Invisible Man to be just as standard.

To me it looks like yet another run of the mill Marvel/DC flick.

But oh boy you best not mention that out loud.
I want to say a lot right now, I won't.
Why change something that works, Marvel/Disney are swimming in pools of cash whilst it keeps making money nothing is going to change.

But seriously the trailer for Thor: Ragnarok looks the business.

yeah see this one looked like it will play up the humour and chemistry between the Hemsworth bloke and the Hulk bloke.
i reckon it looks good as well (in a 'different' way).
which is good because the other 2 Thor movies were pretty average imo.

but nothing about the Black Panther one moved me.

Yeah both Thor movies have been pretty standard. Ragnarok looks as though it may be more along the lines of GOTG, which I'm excited about.

As for Black Panther, knowing the source material and seeing the trailer it has me pretty hyped. I'm excited to see what they do with Wakanda and Man-Ape and Killmonger looked pretty awesome in the trailer.

I watched Kill Bill Volumes 1 and 2 back to back on Netflix last night. Not his best work but enjoyable just the same.

I watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit this week on Netflix. Hard to believe it was released in 1988 given that it still looks up to date.
Last night I watched The Incredibles which for some reason I never saw when it came out in 2004. Loved it. Great story / characters and very funny. Incredibles 2 is scheduled for 2018 [ as is Toy Story 4] so looking forward to that.

Can say the same thing about Who Framed Roger Rabbit
I've watched it a few weeks ago and was greatly surprised about it's year of release!
    It's awesome!

I watched Sharknado last night on Netflix. One of the greatest movies ever made for sure - the sharks were so life like - it was hard to believe it was only a movie. And anyone thinking the Academy Awards are legit please explain to me why neither Tara Reid or Ian Ziering were nominated for their brilliant performances. I cannot think of a better performance in any other movie that involved sharks falling from the sky.

Was kind of interested until I saw the trailer where they do that thing again where he holds the [insert big object here] together using his webs to give us the dramatic flexing shot.

It's not that corny through the rest of the movie though is it?

There's no real other scene that has that kinda corniness to it

But, it's kind of a superhero movie meets a John Hughes/ferris bullers day off style movie, the teen drama elements of it really reminded me of that

Amazing Spiderman 1 was very good, just better then the first and definitely better then the 3rd maguire movies, but didn't touch the 2nd for me. Tom Holland is the best spiderman of the 3 for me and i think keaton has been one of the best villains in all of them

Last night I watched Zootopia. Wonderful movie that has something for everyone. I could not stop laughing at the part where they go to the DMV /Motor registry.
