all these talk about people that dont care about the jets playing for them. Well this bloke lives and breathes newcastle. More blokes like him and we'd do alot better

This, he's been consistently bad the last few weeks.

I wasn't sure if I was watching Regan or a bald Mitchell.

His challenge on Del Piero was pretty bloody ammy. Yes he's a tricky player but it was just far too easy for him to put the step on Regan and get an ez pen.

Geez, lots of blokes having a go but what about Brilliante's through ball to ADP. Left Reegz one on one vs a player running at full tilt. Nowt much he can do there. I'd say not many defenders in the league are making a clean tackle there.

Why make the tackle at all then? Just keep your feet, stay between him and goal. Make him beat you. As soon as you stick a leg out and miss the ball, every player is going to trip over it.

Sack the lot of them, basically.

Geez, if he did that blokes would be all over him for not having a go. Part of the beauty of a good striker is showing enough of the ball to make the defenders have a nibble. Reegz made the same mistake countless others have made against people of ADP's quality since the beginning of football (which is 1991 according to United fans).
ADP was too good in a situation heavily stacked in favour of the striker.
Other than that I didn't see much nonsense at all from him.
    But agreed, we're rubbish.

I still believe Brilliante back pass to ADP is the real issue. Cheap turn over at wrong end of the park and u pay cash, exemple: Caravello first game agains FC, Pepper back pass to opposite striker.....

Wasn't a backpass guys. It got kicked off his foot by the defender who put in the challenge before he got a touch

    Exactly.

This just in, A-League defender gets outsmarted by World Cup winner! Time to fold the league.

We won't mention all those other times he has actually put in some crucial tackles hey. And as Mr Fish said, at least he looked annoyed with himself and knew he'd ****ed up for his team and his town. Was 1 of only 2 players to actually acknowledge bay 60 in the end as well.

Yeah u right...... I think Brilliante intends to pass the ball back to Regz but then not sure if the defender beats him before or after (Intercept) Brilliante attempts the pass

Well said militiamon. One thing with Reegz is that you know he is going to give 100%
