GVE hates Okon so it would make for some interesting interviews

Made the semi's with some young lads first time out in charge.

    Players spoke highly of him.

He may be a good manager/coach but you can't go of what the young fellas say as we are finding out now. All the young blokes from the AIS loved GVE there and look how poor a coach he is.

Ok so what we need is a coach where all the mature age players who are allowed to think for themselves think the coach is a knob . All sorted GVE in.

You have to be a good communicator to be a decent coach, that's a very basic neccisity. From what I've seen (or heard) of Okon in interviews and commentary he is a bit deficient in that department. No doubting his knowledge and football brain but not much use if you can't convey the message across to your players.

Roy Keane. Di Mateo, Viali and Guulit are also on the umemployed list
