Fish you do realise that Palmer is Tinklers main man and almost family to Tinks so regardless of what anyone may think of Palmer chances of Tinks ****ing this bloke off are beyond remote.
Middleby and the the alleged Football Manager of ours on the other hand are just hired help and are more than capable of being purged at the whim of Palmer/Tinks

They both need to be shown the door. Had plenty of chances and failed to produce the goods.
They even went out and bought the goods, but ruined them.
Thats the real issue, other than a few positions (CB and DM) the squad is pretty good. The management this year has destroyed the confidence of some of the players.
Poor performers were let go, then came good under someone else's guidance.
Good performers under someone else's guidance came in, then went bad.
Says a lot about the leadership IMO.

As much as one may dislike Palmer he is to me the least of our ****ing concerns. Tinks is putting the cash in to give us a shot. How many other clubs had the luxury of a Marquee like ours other than WSW and Smurfs?? None.
We were still outdone over the course of the season by clubs who had less resources and smaller wage bills than us. To be perfectly fair we are still along way away from where we need to/SHOULD be
This comes back to GVE Deans the entire coaching group at our club and the bloke (Middleby) who seems to do sweet **** all at our club but is the one guiding the policy that has seen us wasting the advantages Tinks and HSG offer us that we never had in the past
Middleby should have punted GVE but didnt, so he should go.
Palmer should have punted Middleby for not punting GVE, but didn't, so he should go.
Tinks should've punted Palmer for not punting Middleby when he should've punted GVE, but didn't, but he's the one with he cash, and no-one seems keen to spend it, so Tinks can stay.
It's all about the money.

I agree with ya Thomas, not much wrong with squad just a bit of tinkering here and there ( no GVE pun intended ) should suffice. Just need a coach who can convert whats on the whiteboard to to the field.
With a selling background it is quite obvious GVE goes by the motto dazzle em with brilliance or baffle em with bullshit. GvE tries the later but the football followers of this region have the smarts to see GVE trying to peddle bullshit by the truck load.
