- Venue cities will not be known until the final draw (6 December)
- Exact nights in each city will be determined after the draw
- Flight availability and schedules may require an additional stopover in Santiago (additional cost)
- No visa required for Chile, but a reciprocity fee is applicable for a stopover (Currently USD 95.00)
- If Australia is drawn to play in Rio, then the additional surcharge will apply
