    I sent him loving messages when he did that online forum thing a while back. He seemed to appreciate it, but also said that everyone has the right to their comments.

    Can admit when he is wrong, like when he brought that kid on against perth (for the life of me i can't remember his name) then realized that was the wrong call and hooked him 10 mins later.

    Also with players. Can see he has made a mistake bringing someone in and will then admit he is wrong and never play them again, see Jorge Drovandi.

    He has already signalled his desire to run the Jets Youth academy when he relinquishes his Head Coaching position. He is good at thinking of the future, which most football managers suck at.
