    Leave Gary alone.

In the interests of being fair and attempting to reflect the views of all jets fans, this here is the thread for messages of support for our current Manager.

Marcello will most likely not be posting in this thread.

Please no negative comments, put them in the other thread.
Negative comments in here will be deleted.

    Ill start:

I like the fact he wears a suit on the sideline. Never been a fan of a gaffer in a tracksuit.

he is utterly brilliant at defending himself to his detractors and at maintaining his employment in the difficult world of football management

He has an ability to stay calm and collected in the face of a loss, analysing what positions on the field the team underperfomed in (comments usually involve something to do with the attacking third and "the final pass", or somehow losing structure around the time the opposition scored a goal, other than that they were great!).

He is able to reflect on the number of games remaining in the season as a reason to stay optomistic about the teams prospects.

This is all in the face of the fans stinging criticism and their simplistic and deparate demands for a team which has some pride in winning and shame in losing.

Positively speaking he looked just fine driving south down the Hume to Canberra several years ago.

    Excellent at chicken dance.

Is the only man protecting us from having Deans as manager.

Seems in decent physical condition for a man of his age.

Has nice teeth for someone with such an acidic diet

    Tends to buy locally-sourced produce

Like me, secretly prefers rom coms to action films

(BTW Gary Fish - thread of the year!)
