    The real Dutchman.

Could find a tribute thread to Kew

Deadest, third only to Joel and LJUBO! kew has to be one of the best we've had the club, and light years ahead as the best of our current bunch.

Never out of his depth, positioning and tackling is awesome, takes no shit, works great with whoever is next to him, takes the piss out of opposition and passing is great.

Credit must go to slobs for getting him here.

Stuffs up a few times bringing the ball out from the back but the best part is that he always gets back to make the crucial block tackle or whatever is required.

Bloke though is quality and a top shelf player at this level. How the hell did we get him??

Definitely the best job of scouting talent Troy Palmer has ever done

Those were the halcyon days - Song skinning players and feeding Griff, Vigs bashing Gypos, and the Fridge going through the Hunter's entire supply of Veebs and Winnie Blues.

In terms of making a difference to the team Jaliens is well on his way to having as big an impact as Milton did in season 2 and Song did in season 3 as far as imports go. Milton had a big factor in our fantastic run in 06/07 when we went from last to the Preliminary Final, while Song who came into the season late in 07/08 gave us that x-factor that we were lacking and played a big role in the GF win. The next 2 seasons he was a bit inconsistent and had injury problems but overall he was one of our best ones to date.
Agree that Vigs was one of our better imports but unfortunately just as he was finding his feet he done his ACL.
Heskey had a decent 1st season but overall failed to have a major impact as the side only finished 8th, this season he has hardly played due to injury and the side is playing okay without him.
Back on Jaliens he has been the major difference in our defence going from one of the worst last season to one of the better ones this season. If he remains injury-free he could well be the key to how far up the table our side finishes.

Deadset over looked by those muppets on fox sports et all. Probably the best defender in the league. Wait nope THE BEST defender in the league. ****ing helps when you have a huge slug that acts as a third leg to stop attackers
    Jaliens gives me the horn
