Yeah I put Blood Sugar Sex Magik start to finish on in the car the other day and it's still brilliant.
They've had moments, and seeing Flea and John F jam live was pretty epic (singer has not good live voice).

But yeah Nick Cave is a brooding mumbling wanker and the fact he's a hero of our resident gypo sympathiser says everything you need to know.

He's the Hutcho of Aussie music.
Talentless loser who still manages to get his name in the papers every now and then.

fancy dress costumes and/or matching clothes are proof that we need a decent war to thin out the ranks of this current generation of youths

I'm glad you understood the millionaires rant.. I was having trouble trying to decipher what he was saying without his usual pictures of bikini clad wenches..

How about we talk about how amazing Mastodon are..
The bloke in the clip appears to be one of pv4's mates.. Nothing wrong with snortin' some woodchips, I've heard..
Also, keep a close eye out for some of hawk's hoes(TM) at the end..

This is sort of music related.

I want to set my turntable up in my Office. I have some Yamaha bookshelf speakers rated at 30 Watts.

Can anyone suggest a small, relatively cheap, amp that I can stick my turntable through. Not looking for super high quality amplification as the speakers aren't there and I have my main stereo for that.

I was looking at one of these from Topping that have some reasonable reviews. But was curious as to whether anyone else had any suggestions.

First single from supergroup Giraffe Tongue Orchestra..
Comprised of: William DuVall (Alice In Chains), Brent Hinds - (Mastodon), Ben Weinman (The Dillinger Escape Plan), Thomas Pridgen (The Mars Volta), Pete Griffin (Dethklok, Zappa Plays Zappa)

On first listen, I'm not sure I'm convinced on it.. Big names, sure, but you take that away and its nothing thats really that special or groundbreaking really..
Maybe its a grower that requires a few listens..
