We put in the hard yards, got a few good results, but we went missing in the opening rounds and that cost us in the end. We'll regroup and put in a better effort next season, we owe it to the fans who came out and watched the abuse unfold.

You could also use a Google Drive form that gets mapped to a spreadsheet, would be easier for players to answer questions too.
Wouldn't that see people doing answers in other people's names to screw people up or make themselves win

I'm happy as is, but is it the most efficient method for you to collate the results?
The format needs to accommodate for variations in answers. Defined lists are fine, its those with a large variety of answers that may prove more time consuming.
