Sportingbet just chucked a spaz trying to put all 5 results in a multi, and didn't let me. Needless to say, if it did let me put $1 on it, I'd be a millionaire.

Hard not to feel hard done by if you're a "City" supporter. Fair call on the red card but they should of had a penalty.

I know Robbie Slater and the word dumb **** are used often but FFS it was a studs up tackle well above the ball height that made contact with the opponent.

Loving Foz on the Box now saying it is a red and being absolutely speechless on any one saying it ain't

What is a disgrace is the 30 odd other tackles like Engelaars this season that haven't seen red. That is an issue for the refs

As for the penalty I still ain't convinced. TV angle not conclusive and being that it was that C Bomb Ramsay going to ground I need more F Bomb ING Proof that it wasn't a dive

I rarely find myself agreeing with foster but that was a red card everyday of the week.

Nicky dived in contact was minimal but you're asking for trouble diving in in that position, penalty IMO.

Having a extra man for close to a hour Sydney never look like winning well done City they deserved the 3 points.

ah shit, i'm agreeing with MFKS. that tackle can easily be a leg breaker. what the hell does intent have to do with it? i can intend to run a red light, but with no intention to smash into the other cars going through the green. it doesn't mean i ain't going to cop the consequences!

also, definitely agree with your last sentence.

But my last sentence is precisely why you have Dumb C Bombs like Slater thinking the red is harsh.

If the useless twits with whistles actually sent blokes off regularly for these type of tackles (LIKE THEY ARE F Bomb ING meant to )everyone would be in unanimous agreement Engelaar was deserving to be sent off in this case.

It is the glaring inconsistency on this issue that is the issue that is the problem.

so what i've learned from this weekend is that it is completely OK for a keeper to come flying out of the box and take out an attacker with complete impunity.

far out, reddy put both elbows into broich's face. anybody else does that on the field and it's a straight out red. same for covic last night.
