I know disc golf isn't for everyone, kind of like all that shit music Bon posts about, but whatever.

We have had to cancel the Australian Championships again because of COVID restrictions and instead are having individual LGA events around the country.

Thinking about giving disc golf a try on the weekend at Jesmond. Stupid question, do we just use a frisbee? Or an Aerobie?

You can throw anything you like just for a casual wander in the park but there are specific approved discs for use. The Newcastle club has a "shop" based in Newcastle and I could give you a contact or two if you want to get some discs or possibly loan some.

Thanks mate! I'll just use the old Aerobie to begin with, if we enjoy it and go back I might get in touch with the Newcastle shop.

Sure, why not? We played at a course in Nerang a few years ago on one of the holes there was a massive double ended purple dildo, so whatever flies best for you.
