The "winning games" answer annoyed me the most, if the business model is based on winning games we are ****ed. Engage with the fanbase, build strong relationships, and when we lose you won't see thousands no longer turning up. We've been shit for years, and we still had decent average ate dances, clearing a winning team isn't the be all and end all.
Less arrogance, more transparency, Moore backing up the words with actions from off the field might actually help.
Just look at the way they have handled Roundabout this week.
