Name a club that promotes there own Juniors, its a fallacy.
Some clubs have promoted good young players that they have attracted to there club, ie Edgeworth.
If you went through each clubs roster of 20 you will find very few local juniors
Don't disagree, all I'm saying is that Edgeworths youth policy was to employ Jim Foley. I'd be interested to know how many A-league careers have been launched from NPL clubs in NNSW, I know Hoffman played at Olympic and Hoole at Magic

How the referee let that go without any form of card is reprehensible. The whistle is blown for the end of the game immediately after the tackle, which doesn't discount the tackle itself.
Referee's top priority surely must be player safety? That Ref should be disciplined for lack of any action.
Azzurri should (but won't do anyting as they seem to condone this type of tackling) fine or suspend the player, just my opinion. And as for Davison's reputation what a low act, he munched a teenage kid good for him.

Was a very ordinary challenge on the young fella. For 16 years old he’s an exceptional talent. Very highly regarded at obviously the Jets but also at the national level. A great kid too I’m told. Obviously part of playing in this league is to toughen them up and get them used to the rigours of competing against men. I’m sure the Jets are all over it but there’s a fine balance in exposing a young lad in these sorts of comps. I’m looking forward to following his development and wish him well.
