Isn't it great how sbs say they'll have more news very soon and then still haven't made another comment 2/3 hrs later. Makes me think their source may have been not so reliable

I shot a message to Adam howard who runs the OS Aussies stuff... and he hasn't heard anything. His suspicions are Ruka or Kruse though.

It would be great to see chris herd to get a loan tho, especially with him impressing in the recent friendlies. He would be our best possible midfield option remaining, and that's only if management realised it was possible. We would have 2 spots left am I right? Anyone know if jets are training on Thursday, time and ray watt? Got the day off so was gonna go see if this paratore kid Is any good.

Just what we need, another forward. We're not short in midfield or anything,

What gave you the impression that the link had anything to do with us?

Kruse has been linked with Mainz and Frankfurt... he ain't coming to Newcastle.

Kanta to go under the knife, his knee apparently 3-4 weeks "exploratory surgery".

Problem is if they find anything in there, they are going to take it out.

Found this of paratore. I know it's only a YouTube clip but some of it looks impressive. Two footed, strong in the tackle, throws himself about.

I live in Canberra. I'm not optimistic. not as pessimistic as some though, so maybe he lives south of the lake.
