magic are saying he moved back to Port Macquarie??
Magic do train 3 nights a week... they also have been playing saturday morning interclub trials leading into the Maso Cup next week.
Mikey moved back to Port Macquarie during the off-season to be closer to his family and friends. We all should be thinking of him at this time as his father passed away only last week.

Word getting around is that the Buds TD Chris Dale is deep in discussions with the Pies and the most likely to be the Gaffa this season.
That is two big losses for Magic losing both Kanta and now Finlayson. Have they picked up any players in the off season
Yeah its called Youth Promotion... foreign to most clubs... we do have the 2016 U22's premiers in our ranks and the boys have been going great at the interclub trials. Coaches are very confident the squad is stronger than last.
This would be the first year in recent memory Magic haven't signed 3+ name players (aside from the keeper).

The same way that Damian Zane had no experience at this level...until he did and won everything. I'm sure the rest of the comp wish Edgy had the same view.
Chris probably won't do the same, but to write him off before he's even been given the job is pretty rough.
This is what happens when someone comes in from outside our little newcastle npl bubble and doesn't know/care who name players are.
Refreshing from Magic, as you say they're usually big on the signings.
Magic will find it hard to promote their own youth. They all seem to have walked out. Certainly lost more than a couple of dozen over the past 2 years in the 16 through 19 age bracket. MVP's, golden boots, players players and ex Emerging Jets and regional reps all sited in departure lounge.
