City vs Jets | Thurs 10th Jun | Netstrata Jubilee Oval

Last game of the season, excluding the FFA Cup qualifier playoff. Last A-league game with Deans in charge, too.

If we avoid losing, we avoid spooning.

Curious if they use it as a game to keep players sharp or if they dgaf and play their youth team and keep their good players in melb.

City could play their youth team, media team or groundskeeping team and we'd still lose

I think we've got more out than in.

At least we have something still to play for. With the energy the youth are bringing, potentially being the last match for a few of our players before the retire, Deans' last match and the chance to not end with the spoon - plenty of motivation.

Will make it harder to explain the poor performance then...

Nah, I do hope they are up for this. If they aren't, there's some mighty fine doors they can walk out after the game.

Tough decisions for city. If they win they gain some momentum for the finals.
If they lose or draw they get to see Victory fans go off the rails.

Carl probs already been on the phone to Lederer seeking to have Archie run around for the Red & Black next season. Lederer too come out and say he had nothing to do with it.
