I just ran Adam Johnson through Wikipedia & I hope it’s a different Adam Johnson than the one that came up.

I'm sorry but Lambton like all NPL clubs just burn any local players, have no interest in development, hence why the massive local crowds flock to the games, hence zero local support, they should be called franchise clubs, call them blah blah, but don't link them to a suburb, the suburb clubs are myth

The bloke did play for England this decade won the EPL and an FA Cup Final and made 200 to 300 appearances in the EPL and played with Kompany Tevez Ballotelli David Silva Patrick Viera and Yaya Toure

Why wouldn't he be welcome in this comp??

I'd be very surprised if he passed Australia's VISA laws.

Would you want this guy anywhere near your children???????
no way he would pass a WWCC, which has nothing to do with football, but more to do with the sort of character we allow into this country.........and irregardless of his football career, the country is 1000x better without his presence.

If it's the one everyone else is claiming, he was released on parole, wonder how he will be able to meet the parole conditions that the UK put on him from Australia. i.e. most likely bs

Just a brave front i think Jim, any coach who lost a player of Crowley's ability would be very concerned

Read and Thompson mostly bench players and not front third players in any case.
Hadn’t heard Clarke leaving and that surprises me if true.
Comerford back apparently so in front third they have Wood, James Thompson, Crowley, comerford, Pratt even if Clarke leaves.
Heard it all before with Duggan they string him along and only use him when absolutely necessary. And every year they keep him hanging talking him up in local press, yet nothing changes!

If that’s the case why does he stay? Sounds like you know nothing

    Says he who knows everything!

Players stay for a variety of reasons, did I say I know why?

He is one of only a couple from their premiership winning 20s team last year to stay next year.

Maybe he giving them one last chance but over a dozen of his team mates now gone!
