Is there a company out there with a poorer track record of failure to deliver services than Telstra yet they think cutting 25% of their workforce will somehow make them better?
I was wrong. It's actually 9500 jobs with 1500 "new" roles, so net of 8000.
8000 over 4 years is almost BAU though, so maybe the blood letting won't be as bad.
