On a positive great to see other areas of the ground getting involved in the "stand up if you love the jets" and the "lets all jump for Newcastle".

I think this initiative is tacky.

happy to stand up if it organically grows, but being told I will do it in "x" minute feels contrived.

Countdowns to kick off, speakers blaring "give it up for your Newcastle Jets" (I hate 120 db ground announcers), and premeditated chants that are not related to the game.

That was a slight concession that I can live with...even Liverpool and West Ham play a song soundtrack pre-match even though they've been singing their songs unassisted for years.
