How many opportuities were fluffed by Liverpool though?
I know the shots on goal stat doesn't reflect that but there's definitly a sharpness and killer instinct missing up front atm.

I think that silly xG stat was about 5.5-0.1 or something, so they definitely created enough chances and controlled the game for long periods. Front 3 looked off compared to their usual finishing swagger.


That said, the Bayern v Spuds game xG was 2.1-1.5, which didn't include the penalty missed by the ref, so don't rely on it as infallible, gotta be clinical.
