I thought that was Silvera's best performance so far.
James Gardner's tweet that Brandon Wilson is training with us with the potential for a contract is interesting. Puts pressure on Al-Taay and Grozos but would be a good signing if we got him.

You gotta wonder how good a midfield combination of Devlin and Thurgate would have been with O’Doherty getting to come on instead of Grozos or Al-Taay.
Realising this watching the replay. More than once I thought he was Penha. Which begs the question, what is the point of names on shirts apart from marketing reasons? You can't see them at the game, nor on TV when on wide angle, and you have commentary anyway.
All because the Yanks wanted it in 1994.

Or How good we would be going if we had a No 6 who was a very good player at this level. Arques doesn't look the worst on the ball but defensively I think we can do better.
Hoping that off season Papas looks and signs us a No6 who bosses the midfield for us and takes a bit of pressure off the Defence
In case anyone wasn't aware, our second goal had unsurprisingly been accredited as an own goal

Has anyone hear seen much of Wilson and is he good?? Can’t say I’m overly familiar with him or what style of midfielder he is.
He is the type of signing the Jets thrive on
Recycling some Shit**** who ain't good enough to play at the top level in the Aleague and be a great player but barely good enough to get by at this level but being a bit better than NNSW NPL level
Think O'Doherty Gypo Miller Nick Fitzgerald Dane Ingham Elsey etc
