Does the autorenew actually work? I thought I was on autorenew but found that I had to actually go into the system and put in my payment details again and select the 10 month payment plan. I assume this is because they switched over to ticketmaster and ticketmaster didn't have my credit card details. You might want to check whether or not autorenew is actually working. At the back end of most seasons I say to myself that I wont renew the following season. But yet again this year I see myself renewing my two seats in Bay 6. With a new season brings new optimism. Got in early and got last year's prices which was handy. The process was pretty seamless, got the renewal in the mail and done it all online

They didnt even check tickets I just walked in and the day was pretty poor had Q&A at 2 which lasted 3 questions then after thr game they allocated 20 minutes to give autographs which was only 10 max so the players could do a warm down they were better off doing autographs before the game

I do agree somewhat in what you're saying, but if previous years are anything to go off we've seen a a couple thousand members leave it to the last minute to renew. I'm still fairly confident we'll get 10k members, only just but.

The membership take up figure suggests people will back our playing group no end but will not tolerate the " L " platers running the club.

It has been bought to our attention that Members have not received redemption voucher/s for their Member Kits in Member Packs that have been sent out this week, due to a processing error.
The first round of 2014/15 Membership Cards were dispatched at the start of this week and this error will affect Ticketed Members that have purchased their Membership prior to September 15.
We apologies for any inconvenience this has caused to our Members.
For Members that have received their Membership Card in the mail without their redemption voucher/s, and would like to collect their Member Kit over the coming days, you are able to collect your items with your Membership Card instead of your redemption voucher/s.
Your Member Kit can be collected from the Jets pop up store at Westfield Kotara in the centre court adjacent to David Jones up until Sunday 12th October within Westfield Kotara's trading hours. We will also have another pop up store at Westfield in late October / early November (dates to be confirmed). Or at any of the first three home matches. Please ensure you bring along your Membership Card to collect your items.
For Members that do not collect their Member Kit at Westfield Kotara over the coming days, we will post out replacement redemption voucher/s to all Members affected.
