Made the way up to Kotara to watch Mayfield be their usual dominant self. Be surprised if they lose again this season. They’re just about guaranteed to go up this year.
Mayfields depth doesn’t look too great and that was evident in both the third and reserve grade matches.
Went out to the Dudley vs RT game today. Saw the end of reserve grade that ended with a disgusting challenge on the RT goal keeper. He’ll be lucky to play again this season.
After the ambo left, Dudley went a goal up but overall no team created much. The goal came from a cross, but Dudley were very underwhelming. RT definitely had their chances and the majority of the play very unlucky to lose, the Thistles will do well to make the top four this year.

I think you will find and as a neutral that RT goal keepers leg dug in when he went down to make a save and his weight came down on it. Id love to hear from RT if they think it was a bad challenge the talk between both teams post game indicated it was an unfortunate break and hopefully he recovers quickly. RT in first grade were value for money and created some solid chances and the people saying they will go straight down are in for a shock. Dudley have enough quality that when they click they will be there abouts I think

Can say that no one is to blame for the keepers injury was just an unfortunate incident and as you said, keepers weight came down on the leg when it was in an awkward position. Keeper himself said it wasn’t from a challenge but from trying to make a save..

...the people saying they will go straight down are in for a shock.
Im sorry did they not lose? I must have read the scores back to front. It looked to me... and excuse me if i am mistaken... it looked like they scored 0 goals in 3 games and coceded 8.
Banter aside, You are right, They probably wont go down this season. ATM Cardiff, Bero or Barnsely have that battle locked in.
Imagine being the Suns at the bottom of the table and looking up thinking how the hell did we get here when we spent all this money.
I guess its good for the bottom line, no goal or match bonuses to be paid.
I heard that Kotara were made look like witches hats by Mayfield. Had no possession, never threatened the goal and pretty much looked like a res grade team that struggled against a team that really never got out of first gear.
I wasnt there so I dont know how much truth there is to that but its what I was told.
So after two rounds the ZPL is starting to dish up the goods already.
Suns vs Mayfield coming up will be juicy.
Dudley vs Swansea, will be the first real test for swansea.
and Raymond Terrace vs Kotara... will be another game to feel out the new comers.

Hats off to Mayfield who really gave us a touch up on Saturday. They have strengthened by the look of things. They turned up obviously wanting to do a job and get some revenge on being knocked out of semi's last season. Look forward to meeting them again on their turf! I think a few clubs will be on the end of some big scorelines when they come up against the spearmint tigers!
We will be right after Easter with a some boys returning. Can't wait to play Raymond Terrace up there and get blown away by the 100km/h winds.

I’m not sure what game you watched, reserve keeper was injured in a non collision challenge with his weight coming down on his ankle, an unfortunate incident which you have painted differently, not sure why, also in firsts Dudley totally controlled the game, terrace tried hard but their only option was to punt it long to the one fast guy up front.
Terrace keeper made about three one on one saves, I can’t recall the Dudley keeper making a save at all

Well what a weekend! Two days of watching football, had to drag the kids along but you can't win em all am I right!?!
We managed to avoid the brown snakes as we crossed the creek and to be honest that was the highlight of the afternoon. The whippet up front looked as though he'd started a vegan diet and lacked any sort of energy.
I'm no Rafa Benitez but sweet christmas it's obivous that the coaching staff at Kotara are so one dimensional they don't know what to do once the whippet is taken out of the game.
IMO Mayfield weren't even that good!
Sunday I woke up with a hangover and I thought some fresh air might help out. I headed over to Warners Bay to see the new "NPL stars" for suns in action. Unfortunately I all I got to see was some over paid macedonian blokes arguing with each other (Christ the Suns number 9, Alex? can carry on and only made my headache worse)....
Going off this weekends performances I'm predicting Suns vs Mayfield to be one of the worst games of football played. I for one won't be watching a bunch of over the hill has beens who think they're good at football. Swansea vs Dudley sounds more appealing.

Tips for Round 3
Swansea 2-1 Dudley - Swansea has started the season in scintillating fashion lol, i think at home they can beat Dudley who where pre season title favourites but have started the season slow and I see Swansea getting the win at home and pushing for the top 4.
Barnsley 3-2 Cardiff - After the way Barnsley lost to Beresfield last week and all the news coming out of Cardiff earlier in the season I consider these two as favourites to battle it for the wooden spoon, I can see Barnsley bouncing back with a win at home against a struggling Cardiff.
Suns 0-2 Mayfield - Mayfield once again look like the favourites after dominating wins against Dudley & Kotara & the Suns have been struggling with a bad loss to Kotara and where just out muscled by Warners Bay so I see Mayfield winning this comfortably.
Warners Bay 4-2 Beresfield - Warners Bay got a good win last week against the Suns at home and I expect them to get by Beresfield with ease and maybe make a top 4 push.
Terrace 1-3 Kotara - I expect Kotara to come back with a win after losing to Mayfield and I still don’t know much about Terrace but they seem a top half of the table team.

Round 3 Predictions
Saturday
Swansea vs Dudley
The first big test for Swansea’s top four push. They’ve had two comfortable wins over relegation potentials Bero and Cardiff, but Dudley will pose a considerably harder test. They should be confident though, having already registered a league high 10 goals from 7 different scorers. Dudley recovered from an opening day loss with a narrow win over new boys R. Terrace. Having already lost once this season, Dudley will not want to give Swansea a 6 point lead over them this early. They will have to kick their goal scoring into gear as they have only registered 1 goal in their opening two matches to Swansea’s 10. Only bottom of the table Cardiff have scored fewer. I’m predicting a hard fought draw.
Draw 1-1
Barnsley vs Cardiff
Barnsley were humbled last week 6-1 away to Bero and will look to bounce back against another relegation battler to be, Cardiff. They’ll have to tighten up the defence though, having already conceded 8 goals in their opening two matches. The highest in the league so far. Cardiff, as expected by most, have started the year poorly with back to back losses. They have already conceded 6 goals and have worryingly failed to hit the back of the net yet. Coming up against the leakiest defence so far gives them every chance to open their account. I’m prediction Barnsley to continue Cardiff’s poor start. They were able to get a home win against W. Bay on opening day and combined with Cardiff’s poor goal scoring start, I can’t see past Barnsley for the win.
Barnsley 2-0
Sunday
Suns vs Mayfield
This week’s match of the round could be decisive for both teams for two very different reasons. Suns have followed their traditional slow start to seasons with back to back losses while Mayfield have impressed with back to back wins. Suns will undoubtable get their season started, eventually, and go on a winning run, but another loss here gives Mayfield a 9 point lead on the title race. Mayfield, alternatively, have started their season very strongly with wins over fellow top four rivals Dudley and Kotara. Win here and they seal their status as new premier favourites. I’m tipping Mayfield to somehow get the result again. It could go either way, but Mayfield have shown both last year and this year that they are able to get results.
Mayfield 3-1
W. Bay vs Bero.
W. Bay came away with an impressive 2-1 win against Suns last round. A second game in a row at home gives them a chance to develop a strong home record. The Bay should also take a positive out of Bero losing their opening day away game 6-2. Last round, Bero smashed Barnsley 6-1 at home. They look like they may be strong at home on their small field but will have to come up with a plan to play away from home on much larger fields. I’m predicting W. Bay to secure back to back home wins. A positive result last round and Bero’s expected poor form away from home gives me the belief that the Bay will do it easily here.
W. Bay 3-0
R. Terrace vs Kotara
R. Terrace have started the year solidly. They won their opening day match against Cardiff while narrowly losing their round 2 game against title favourites, Dudley. They straight away come up against another top four team in Kotara. Kotara have had a hard start to their year. Opening rounds against Champions Suns and Premiers Mayfield is difficult. With those two teams out of the way Kotara will look to grab their second win of the season and get into a winning rhythm. I’m predicting a comfortable win for Kotara. Both teams play fast and direct. Kotara should just have a bit too much speed and mobility for Terrace to go with them.
Kotara 4-2

No beat Barnsley as we were the better side and have played some decent football in the 1st 2 games, regardless of the final score.
Yes we did have a few at groovin, around 8-9 plus blokes working 16 out all up.

Judging what i saw yesterday the terrace were in it for 3/4 of the game. Even up 1-0 at one stage. Was surprising to see the game locked 0-0 at half time with both goal keepers kept busy. At the end Kotara just had the legs to overcome the terrace. Was a quality game and the terrace are playing some nice football.

Was the first week we haven't multiple players starting two games, so yeah that does help having a bigger squad of boys to choose from. Although we only had our second choice keeper available and therefor had two outfield players play in goals in other grades. Can't remember the last time we went 3 rounds without a win in any grade but with more of the boys available now there's plenty of confidence the wins will come.

Terrace definitely not disgraced, 4-1 was flattering to Kotara. RT will give most a game at home, as said above just ran out of legs a bit. Thought their lower grades were poor but 1sts should get enough points to avoid the drop.

Round 4 Predictions
Saturday
Cardiff (8th) vs. W. Bay (7th)
Cardiff got their season kicked off last week with a 4-1 win over Barnsley. Having now opened their account for the season they turn their eyes to an inconsistent W. Bay. After an impressive win last round over the Suns, W. Bay lost in a goal fest 5-3 to Bero. They have now gone loss-win-loss which is the type of form that plagued their season last year. I’m tipping a draw as both teams have shown too much inconsistent for me to try and pick the winner.
Draw 2-2
Mayfield (1st) vs. R. Terrace (6th)
Mayfield climbed to the top of the table with a 0-0 draw against Suns last week. They have the competition tightest defence having only conceded 1 goal in their opening 3 games. Terrace have now suffered back to back losses against competition big guns Dudley and Kotara. They now must test themselves again against another completion favourite and travel to Mayfield. If the Terrace want to challenge for the top four, they will need to take points from the big teams. I’m tipping Mayfield to have a comfortable home win.
Mayfield 4-0
Sunday
Dudley (4th) vs. Barnsley (9th)
Dudley have recovered from their opening day loss with back to back wins including an impressive mauling of competition dark horses, Swansea (6-2). Barnsley have now suffered back to back defeats and have now developed the competitions worst defence conceding a whopping 12 goals in their open 3 games. I’m tipping Dudley to take an easy home win a put themselves clear in the top four.
Dudley 3-0
Kotara (5th) vs. Swansea (2nd)
This week’s match of the round will be a test of two team’s credentials for the year. Having finished 4th and 5th last season this game will demonstrate if either team has taken the next step. Kotara, looking to better their 4th place finish last season while Swansea must win these types of games to have a chance at cracking the top four. Swansea’s positive start to the year was given a big wake up call with a heavy loss to Dudley last week. Another loss against a top four team from last year may hurt confidence in cracking the top four. I’m tipping a draw.
Draw 2-2
Bero. (3rd) vs. Suns (10th)
Bero have surprisingly found themselves in 3rd place. A long way from the relegation position that they were tipped for. They have score an impressive league high 13 goals in 3 games. The Suns stemmed their poor start to their season with a 0-0 draw against Mayfield, but have found themselves alone at the bottom of the table. I’m tipping Bero to grab another home win.
Bero 3-2

Mayfield vs Raymond Terrace - Mayfield, no need for the breakdown... everyone knows, its just going to be be Mayfield. 4 - 0... a flogging is on the cards.
Dudley vs Barnsley - Dudley will put this one to bed. 2-0
Kotara vs Swansea - One of the best match ups for the weekend. should be a good game to watch 1 - 1. feeling the draw here.
Bero vs Suns - The Suns investments have hit the pitch and suddenly the boys have some form BUT they are playing at the shitest ground in the league ... id say it would be an equalising factor if the Suns didnt have the second shitest ground in the league. plenty of goals in this one. 2-4.

Cardiff 2-2 Warners Bay - Hard to pick a winner in this middle of the table clash.
Mayfield 4-0 Terrace - Mayfield are the form team of the comp got a draw last week away at the Suns but missed 2 golden opportunities to take all 3pts and I see them sweeping past Terrace with ease this week.
Dudley 5-1 Barnsley - Dudley are back in form and Barnsley are my favourite to go down this season I see Dudley winning comfortably.
Kotara 3-2 Swansea - Two quality teams going at it I think Kotara will be good enough at home but I would be surprised by a 2-2 draw.
Beresfield 3-1 Suns - Beresfield are the leading scorers in the comp with 13 goals while the Suns can’t score or keep them out at the moment I expect it to be a long day for the Suns in all grades.

Terrace look to have the toughest initiation to the comp playing Cardiff, Dudley, Kotara, Mayfield, Suns and Swansea all inside the first 6 rounds. This was always going to be a big test to see how well they stand up and so far they haven't matched it with the top sides(speaking of results/scorelines only here).
I've only watched 1 game this season against Cardiff and noticed from last season it is quite a different team, maybe their new recruits just haven't clicked yet. If so they might want to as otherwise based off the last few results it's a long season.

You've listed more than half the teams in the comp lolol. IMO theres no difference playing someone in the first rounds as apposed to the last. If anything best playing the 'tougher' teams first where you'd less likely be affected by injuries.
If your team hasn't 'clicked' after 6 months of preseason when are they going to click?

speaking of results/scorelines only here.
That is all that matters... anywhere.
With Cardiff picking up a few players after the first few rounds Id say if anything it was lucky that Terrace played them first and actually managed to get a win... if they played them now Id say they wouldn't have a win this season yet.
You've listed more than half the teams in the comp
Its true, you listed what, 6 teams in a 10 team league and said its a tough start... Its going to be a tough season if almost 2/3's of the league are going to towel you up each week.
As predicted... The old ZL1>ZPL>ZL1 YoYo is in full effect here BUT I think they can hang on and stay up for at least 1 more season (Barnsley are set for a trip down this season). The win verses Cardiff early will probably be enough to give them the edge over Barnsley.

HI Guys,
Long time lurker, first time poster. Thought I’d try to get involved in a bit of the conversation by running through the table so far. I know it’s only early days, but hey why not have a bit of fun with it.
1st – Mayfield United - 10 Points.
The only undefeated team in the comp so far. The “classic kick it long and chase” tactic that they have played so far this season has worked. Coming up against Kotara, Dudley & Suns in the first 4 weeks of the comp and only conceding one goal is a massive achievement. By any chance to Mayfield just have a great keeper or is it just luck? I watched their game against Raymond Terrace recently and although they dominated the opposition at times, they were missing simple chances. Seems like there may be small cracks that can turn into big problems later in the season.
2nd - Swansea – 9 points
At the start of the season, I read a bunch of -lets be frank – nonsense about there being a toxic environment out near the channel. I’m starting to think this was all a tactic done by the boys so they would be written off early! They have come our firing scoring a league top of 16 goals over the first 4 games. Its interesting to note they conceded 6 of their 9 goals in one weekend, giving that could be an anomaly, I would say this weekend’s game against the Tigers – the green ones, not the orange ones – would split the boys against the men.
3rd – Dudley – 9 points
So far Dudley have been stealing wins, left, right and centre. Never one to make friends in the comp, they have grinded out several victories already. They scored 6 of their 8 goals in 1 game and then had two hard fought 1-0 wins. Unfortunately, they won’t verse the Newcastle Suns until week 8 which can only provide 90 minutes of pure carnage. Could a few changes in tactics and positions help Duds score a few extra goals? Maybe they should throw a few of the 3rd Grade strikers up front who seem to be scoring for fun.
4th – Beresfield – 6 points
Beresfield would have to be the most entertaining side in the ZPL comp. with 14 goals for and 14 goals against you honestly just don’t know what will happen. Playing on a postage stamp sized field can have its advantages but do they tend to struggle away from home? If we are being honest, I haven’t seen them play this year yet, but I’d really like too. I just don’t like travelling all the way out there. It’s nothing personal, its just not what I call a nice Sunday drive.
5th – Kotara South – 6 points
Things just haven’t seemed to gel this year so far at Kotara like they did last year. Another “kick it and chase” club supposedly but the tactic just hasn’t worked as well as they would have hoped. Sitting in 5th though with -1 goal difference is impressive. My only concerns would be the win, loss win, loss mentally they have now. I’d love to see them get back into the top 4 but it may take a few back to back wins to push them up the ranks.
6th – Warners Bay – 6 Points
Only behind Kotara because they have scored and conceded one goal less. I feel like most opposition clubs hate playing on Sundays, I know I did when I used to play. Will that help or hinder them this season? They average 2 goals a game at the moment, which is fairly decent, but at the moment I can’t see anything they can push them into a Semi Final football team. Happy for them to prove me wrong though. Warners Bay is lovely at the start of Spring.
7th – Newcastle Suns – 4 Points
Only secured their first win the last weekend, also so far, the only team to take points away from Mayfield. Everyone’s second favourite club can easily push into semi finals if they can keep all the people “playing for the shirt” on the field; a lot of experience in the ZPL comp too! Still very early days for the club, and they have the obvious talent to push for top 4, I would say top 2 is out of the question with the poor start, but once again early days.
8th – Cardiff – 3 points
Problems in the off season seem to have hit the club hard, but not hard enough to cause too much worry. I don’t see Cardiff dropping below 8th this year, they will be jag a couple of wins here and there; they always seem to step up against all the other Tigers in the comp. Seems to me that their lower grades are quite strong, Maybe shuffling the pack could do them the world of good.
9th – Raymond Terrace – 3 points
As I said above, I watched Raymond Terrace take on Mayfield last week. Honestly, I can’t see where the quality of winning ZP1 fives times in the past 5 years is- honestly no idea if that is correct, I heard that at the ground on the weekend, don’t care enough to check. Is the drop between the competitions that much between ZPL & ZP1? Could have conceded 16 on the weekend if Mayfield could shoot.
10th – Barnsley – 3 points
Barnsley is like that annoying little brother who always seems to hang around and get in trouble, although as they get older, you learn to love them in a way. The battlers of the comp, surviving the drop last year, I think they will do it again, they will beat a few above them, but also get smashed by the top 4, no offence intended, just calling it how it is.
Well that’s it for now, feel free to let me know how you think I’ve gone. I’m probably off the mark in a few places, but we are all friends here, right?

My favourite time of the week!
Barnsley vs. Kotara
Kotara have this, they will whip the ball over the top and long. old mate runs onto it... barnsley lose by 3 or 4 and sit in the sheds talking about how kotara isnt really that good and didnt deserve to win. 0-3
Swansea vs. Mayfield
Best game of the round. Potentially worth checking out. Defense wins leagues, Strikers win games, it could be one of those games... but it wont be. Mayfield 2-0.
Suns vs. Raymond Terrace
As everyone knows and understands, Raymond Terrace have had the hardest and most unfortunate draw to start the season, a grueling test of human enduance and resiliance it has been described as. If they only didnt have to play teams in the same league as them they would be doing fine. Dont bother going to watch this game, if Raymond Terrace could call in a forfiet they would so they didnt have to face another day of picking the ball out of the back of their net. Suns by more than 3.
suns 3+
Warners Bay vs. Dudley
Warners Bay got the win last weekend... so going on their crappy mixed bag of form and their ability to conisistantly flip flop results, Dudley 1-2.
If Warners Bay sort their form out and turn up it could be a decent game to watch.
Bero vs. Cardiff
Cardiff started poor but have managed to bail enough water off the sinking ship to keep it afloat. Plenty of goals as per the norm at the childs size pitch out at bero, except you wouldnt let your kids play there.
Cardiff 3-2.

Drainage FC 1:3 Kick it long FC
Self-explanatory this one, Barnsley are a team who obviously don't believe in defending. I've heard the Whippet has given up on being vegan and is going out for a nice steak dinner Friday night so he'll have a little extra spring in his step.
Poor club culture 2:0 Has beens
Now that Swansea have finally got rid of the dead wood (took 20 years didn't it?), it seems they might actually be half decent.... until all those old blokes they've signed break down anyways. I can't wait to read how bad this bunch of geriatrics are come Monday!
Whinging NPL stars 4:0 Excuses FC
Terrace have taken the title of 'Excuses FC' from Cardiff, at least Cardiff have accepted they're ordinary. At home in front of Ruben all those NPL stars will be wanting to perform to try revive their dead football careers.
WPL Hopefuls 2:1 We belong in the A-League FC
Tipping the Bay as they're coming of a confidence boosting mid-week win. Is this the week they step out of the shadows of the women’s WPL team? while Dudley need to turn things around after the lacklustre performance vs New Lambton. The Bay might need to pack an extra set of shin pads, Dudley don't take losing very well.
Entertainment FC 3:3 Southy rejects FC
Bero's witches hat like defence will let them down. I'm sure the coach is chomping at the bit to sub himself on. Going out on a limb saying Cardiff will actually score goals but MAYBE (I made this up) someone else has had a whinge at Southy and come over?!?!

Barnsley vs. Kotara
Honestly can't see Barnsley winning this, although they put up a great fight against Dudley last weekend. I would like to say 3-1 Kotara, the "young whippet" up front to get all 3. At least 1 red card.
Swansea vs. Mayfield
PlasticFan's Game of the week. Top 2 battle, best scoring record versus the best defence. Mayfields structure will have them win this, I've even heard they are buying balloons to spell out the words "Clean Sheet". 3-0 Mayfield.
Suns vs. Raymond Terrace
Raymond Terrace are horrible at the moment, and everyone's second favourite team are coming into a bit of form. Easily will be Suns by 4. 6-2 Suns.
Warners Bay vs. Dudley
Dudley will steal this win, just like they've been stealing cartons from their sponsor pub. Its going to be the closest game of the round with only a goal in it at the end. I'm expecting a goal fest, can't wait to watch. 4-3 Dudley.
Bero vs. Cardiff
Both teams to score, both teams to not defend. Keepers to have a shocker. 3-3 draw.

for all those hoping for a good game from mayfield this weekend what are you on about? have they have an entertaining game in the last two seasons?
All they do is win convincingly by 3 or 4 goals against the no hopers, or shut down games for 0-0 draws against the good teams. its mourinho football, and it wins championships, even if id rather cut my eyes out than go to a game

Long time observer, first time poster.
After coming up against Raymond Terrace this year, I certainly believe that they are top 4 contenders. They play a very possession based game, which is quite beautiful to watch. Their fullbacks aren't afraid to carry the ball into the final third, and create opportunities. I even heard one of our players say "they are the harlem globe trotters of football".
As stated earlier, they have by far the toughest initiation into ZPL in quite some years. In the first 9 weeks they have to verse:
1. Cardiff
2. Dudley
3. Kotara
4. Mayfield
5. Suns
6. Swansea
7. Barnsley
8. Warners bay
9. bero
my prediction would have them contending for the top 4, however, they will need to fulfill their potential sooner rather than later if they are to achieve this. Saturday is a big day for them!!!!

Don’t have time for this nonsense.
Terrace went all out today and fought hard. Managed to get a well deserved 1-0 lead against the Suns. Looked comfortably in control and very solid at the back and were unlucky not to get more.
The Suns resorted to dirty tactics and now we have a top top player at the hospital due to a horrible challenge.

Raymond Terrace "Excuses" FC are read hot favorites to be demoted right now... they will need to jag an upset win from one of the minnows if they want to survive at this point.
Personally Id just like to say thanks to Raymond Terrace and I hoped that they enjoyed their time in the ZPL and maybe if you had stayed longer someone might miss you. Enjoy ZL1.

Mate can’t confirm wether the new accounts are from within the team supporters or just someone portraying themselves to be from the Terrace. But I can confirm I am and would like to thank the suns and their physio for coming on to check on not only myself but also the first grader that was injured. And offering his services. And also for having eftpos available so I could sink some tins to nullify the pain I was in.

We are a little thin otherwise though.
Dave is an absolute legend of a bloke. Played a few seasons with us at the Suns in ressies. Played a few games here and there in firsts, but not regularly. Probably wouldn't get a run in our firsts this year but an asset to any club purely on his character.

Who would have thought 3rd tier football in Newcastle could generate such angst?
Hey guys. With the npl likely to expand next year with cooks Hill surely to go up or even other new fm teams this leaves room for some of the zone teams to come into the newfm. Which of the clubs in this league are viable of being promoted to newfm or on the road to being ready for that step up? (Facilities, players, juniors etc)
No idea TBH.
Some of the better performing teams would have to build relationships with junior clubs or start from scratch with their own juniors this is a big step that would require a huge amount of backroom support but also training locations, coaching accreditation, the list just keeps going on.
I think a better questions is, which ZPL teams want to take the next step up?

to much politics for CCFC and the juniors, we tried something not to long ago, they would rather implode and fold then join with us.....
on another note who would want to go into New FM anyway, pay more fees, less prizemoney, need a budget of around 20k+ for players alone to be competitive.

Raymond terrace with a few slight improvements to their facility I believe would be viable to go up to a higher division. They have the juniors but would need a squad adequate to compete at a higher level. However if they applied I think they could have a decent shot at being successful.

I remember a couple years ago Bero were being considered to join NewFm to make it 12 teams so they mustn’t be far off and yes they do have a junior club for players.
Not mentioned is kotara who I have heard whispers that they have aspirations to go to a higher level. They recently did up nesbitt Park, if they add temporary fenceonh and seating they’d be viable for new fm (similar to New Lambton). They have tonnes of juniors and I know for a fact they would attract a lot of young NPL players living in the metro area who r struggling to make first grade and r willing to drop down to Newfm. Would be very interested in seeing kotara seriously push for this but I think some people at the club would need to really drive it and make it happen instead of just talk.

Tonnes of juniors doesn't guarantee success in the higher grades, start with a hard working committee with dedication, loads of cash and a 5 year plan at least.

How does it work with existing NL1 clubs? Do they have affiliation with the community juniors in their area?
It would seem counter productive not to.
Or do they just rely on community 12's trying out for 13's?
If the ties don't exist what is preventing a ZPL club from taking the step up and just advertising for youth tryouts from 13's - 17's? Recruit good coaches first and players will come to be coached by them. Admittedly it would take a while to become competitive

No a lot of NL1 teams are seperate clubs to the juniors and it is the same with Npl. A zpl club would not need juniors but rather the ability to attract juniors. That asks the question though of is the talent pool big enough in Newcastle for more junior npl/NL1 teams? From what I’ve seen no it’s not however I believe clubs such as kotara or even suns could make step up in terms of juniors. (Suns could attract magic a graders).

What if all clubs said no to moving to NL1, ZPL would be a stronger competition then NL1 if they take the top few teams to the NPL.
Less financial strain on clubs playing in a better comp.
What is the benefit for a club to go there

I agree with you if they expanded NPL to 14/16 teams and combined the remaining NL1 teams with the ZPL this would be more beneficial for football in the regions. More teams in competitions means more games which is a positive. We should be playing longer seasons, here we play 20 odd games or so compared to overseas such as England where every team no matter what level is playing 30+.
NPL would be the "elite" competition and ZPL could be more social but at a competitive level with less costs. It seems to me the ZPL teams are in there because they don't want the costs of a higher division so this would be a good alternative.

Round 6 Stats & Predictions
Saturday
Cardiff (8th) vs. Suns (5th)
- Cardiff have lost both of their home games this season, failing to score in either.
- This is Cardiff’s first game against one of last year’s top 4 teams.
- Suns have scored 12 goals in their last two games.
- Suns have the league’s 3rd tightest defence, conceding 7 goals in 5 games.
Suns 4-1.
Suns have found their form and shooting boots and should win this one comfortably. Cardiff will have to tighten the defence to have any chance this week.
R. Terrace (10th) vs. Swansea (4th)
- R. Terrace have now lost their last four games.
- R. Terrace have the worst attack in the league, scoring only 4 goals.
- R. Terrace have shipped 17 goals in their last three games.
- Swansea have won both of their away games this season, scoring 4 goals in each.
- Swansea have registered a league high 10 different goals scorers.
Swansea 2-0
Terrace are in free fall and must strengthen in every department if they have any chance against the competitions second best attack.
Mayfield (1st) vs. Barnsley (9th)
- Mayfield remain the only team undefeated this season.
- Mayfield have scored 9 goals in their last two games.
- Barnsley have now lost four games in a row.
- Barnsley have the league’s worst defence, leaking 19 goals in 5 games.
- Mayfield have not conceded in either of the home games this season, while scoring seven.
Mayfield 5-0
Mayfield seem to be unbeatable. It would be a miracle if Barnsley get anything from this game.
Sunday
Dudley (2nd) vs. Bero. (6th) – Match of the Round
- Dudley have won both of their home games this season 1-0.
- Bero. are the league’s leading goal scorers, scoring 17 in 5 games.
- Dudley are now undefeated in 4 games.
Dudley 3-2
Dudley must keep on winning if their want to stay in touch with Mayfield. But free scoring surprise packets Bero may fancy themselves in this week’s match of the round.
Kotara (3rd) vs. W. Bay (7th)
- Kotara has lost both of their home games this season.
- Kotara’s C. Lattimore is the league’s outright leading goal scorer (7).
- Only 2 of Kotara’s 15 goals have come at home this season.
- W. Bay drew their first game in 25 competitive league matches going back to round 17 of the 2017 season.
- Kotara’s form has followed the format W-L-W-L-W.
Kotara 3-1
With both teams throwing up inconsistent results, this one hard to predict. For me, Kotara’s flying attack and leading goal scorer should bring them home.

never affiliated as far as I can remember, they have always been separate clubs.
When Cardiff was at the old soccer club, the juniors supplied ball boys, that's about as far affiliated as it got....a couple of the old super league sides(13's, 14's) played there also I think.
all this talk about CCFC is in vain anyway, we have no real asperations to rise to the FM league, as I said before too costly for shit all return, would rather play under Zone instead of the dicks at northern.....

I honestly think there will be a fist fight in this game. I think Suns will win the game comfortably but Cardiff will win the fight.
Excuses FC 0:4 Mid Table stayers Fc
Even with the worlds best defender Terrace don't stand a chance, poor bloke must have a sore back trying to carry the team. The former professional indonesian footballer will be way to good for the ZPL wannabes.
TheGoodTeamInGreen 1:0 TheShitTeamInGreen
Two ugly teams (the football they play and the people). Is this the week Barnsley pull their finger out? I'm not so sure, maybe if they put in a shift like they did vs Dudley they wont lose by many.
Bottlers FC 2:3 We can't defend FC
Dudley bottled it last week against a 10 man Warners Bay, the wheels are falling off for the all stars. Bero with the upset, it'll be close as bero don't defend.
One man show FC 1:2 Inconsistent FC
The only thing consistent about Warners Bay is how much their coach carries on (he's a very angry man). Tipping Kotara's speedy gonzalez to add to his tally, but bay to be fired up after last years carry on.... I hope the kotara crowd lay off the beers!

Dudley vs. Bero – Bero to show they have turned things around from last season but still not enough to be a contender. Dudley 2 - 0

Morning All,
Round 6
Cardiff vs. Suns
This could be a cracker of a game between two potential 2020 NewFm teams. I guess this will all depend on whether Cardiff can put a shot on target because records show that if you can do it, you’re pretty guaranteed to walk away with a goal. The only game for the Suns when this hasn’t happened was against Mayfield, who can barely tie their shoelaces that week. With the NPL talent the Suns have playing for the shirt, they will get over in a very tight and carded affair.
Cardiff 2 – Suns 3
-------------------
Raymond Terrace vs. Swansea
PlasticFan’s Game of the Week
An epic showdown! You have on one side the team that no one wanted to play for at the start of the season and a club that is currently full of keyboard warriors. Terrace have something to prove this week and god forbid need to put whatever happened to them during their childhood aside and play football. Swansea are ready to bounce back after shipping a boat load of goals over the weekend. I just can’t see Terrace doing enough this week
Terrace 1 – Swansea 3
-------------------
Mayfield vs. Barnsley
Everyone loves a bit of Green on Green action. I just had a quick look at the past 4 games for the Bulldogs, conceding 17 goals and only scoring twice. Have they lost their bite? Coming up against the top of the table Tigers this week is just going to be far too difficult for them. I know they do love a challenge though. Mayfield seem to be doing well, despite the fact the ball stays in the air for 60% of the game.
Mayfield 4 – Barnsley 0
-------------------
Dudley vs. Bero
I’m pegging Bero for an upset this week, the deserve it for having to play in purple. Dudley seem to lack the confidence they had last year, despite the fact they still have no friends in the comp (or club). Bero need to ensure they get that ball away from the goal keeper though, if its in their own half they are in trouble.
Dudley 1 – Bero 2
-------------------
Kotara vs. Warners Bay
I’ve heard a few whispers this week that Warners Bay were spotted outside Kotara’s training session – a little Marcel Bielsa situation. Warners Bay will have them covered in terms of tactics, until Kotara pump it long and that young whippet upfront slaughters them, several times.
Kotara 4 – Warners Bay 0

Terrace were down to 10 men after 15 mins. 1/0 down at half time.
Flood gates opened up in the second half and they couldn’t hold Swansea out any longer. Could have been a lot more.

Raymond Terrace - "time to start our run at the title... for 2020 in ZL1" - 0-7
Barnsley - "This is our year, you cant beat us to relegation... hold my beer" - 0-9
A true battle of the titans for the bottom spot in the table is building up.
soon they will just straight up be scoring own goals trying to escape ZPL.

Now that is interesting, I would of thought a bone breaking tackle would require an ambulance (or at least the use of a stretcher!)
Also, Onlooker claiming a '1 or 2 broken ribs' sustained vs the Suns.
Not sure what to believe!

Can confirm the player mentioned did suffer a double break to his ankle. No ambulance was called but he did head to the hospital during the first grade game.

Mate you don’t have to believe me if you don’t choose to. But the first grade player did break his ankle in two places as I did say i didn’t see the tackle but was sitting with him just before he left for the hospital... now in a leg cast..
And as for my ribs happy to send an X-ray that will confirm if you like. I’m not here complaining about my injury as it was a football collision between a goalkeeper and a striker. But definitely not brining it up to make the suns sound bad or dirty. As I said before was great full of the assistance the suns physio provided for me at the time.

A player of ours (Not ZPL) busted his ribs in a fairly innocuous contact contesting for a ball. He played on for a while before having to go off and has now missed several weeks. Definitely possible to break bones and not know the seriousness of it at the time.

I went down to Dudley Sunday and watched a clinic in the second half. I tip my hat off to Bero Dudley had obviously lost someone close during the week and Bero came together and showed great respect so well done Bero.

Hate when we are winning, hate when we aren't haha. Pretty standard, but didn't realise so many want us relegated :roflz: Not sure if it's banter or genuine. Either way doesn't change anything that we do. On the field we don't have issues with anyone, it's the guys on the other side of the white line and behind their computers that seem to have the most to say.

The fiercest rivalry in all of local soccer is Suns v Dudley hands down. It's always great entertainment but when it boils down I think there is mutual respect between the 2 clubs. What has gone on the last week and a half and some of the name calling is comical. We play a sport were injuries happens. No one goes out to break someone's leg. The people that say they want the Suns relegated say it out of jealousy cause their club can't beat them.

Mate most of us boys know each other off the pitch. It's great to have a competitive rivalry which has just been from the success of both clubs rather than a hatred or anything else. Not sure where the grubs comments were coming from, but yes injuries are certainly part of the game and I don't think anyone goes out to seriously injure another player and I can confidently say that's certainly the case at our club.
Hopefully the above guys can move on from the childish comments and get back to the football. Couple of exciting games this weekend with the bottom two going head to head. And the top 4 all with fairly tough away trips will be looking to extend the gap from the rest. Suns hosting an in form Swansea on Sunday will be a tough battle I'm sure with the Suns really needing a win to stay in touch with the top 4!

Just so we're all up to date on the current policies our clubs must follow.
You are, under no circumstances, allowed to use a stretcher anymore. Clubs shouldn't even own one, because they're useless now.
If you suspect a break and the player can't/doesn't want to move. You have to call an Ambo and wait for them to arrive & suspend the game(s).

Well damn! I dont look at the forums for a week and when I get back you guys are organising fist fights, I love it.
The poll had me more excited than the election, I got to at least a full blown semi, the misses was stoked.
Lets look at the best part of the week, the weekend.
Cardiff vs Dudley
Dudley are having some trouble getting their superstars to shine but will still get it over the line.
1-2 Dudley. could be a firey game, might be worth having a stickybeak.
Barnsley vs Raymond Terrace
Oh baby! Match of the round! This will most likely be the critical factor in determining who is the lucky squad that has the footballing gods take mercy on and demote them back to ZL1.
This will be a delicious dumpster fire of a match with Barnsley coming out on top. Wondering what the excuses will be. predicting the score for this game is like playing yahtzee, you just roll the dice. 3-2
The Suns vs Swansea
The current feeling is that if the Suns dont maim anyone or tell the ref to go f#$k himself (ofcourse only improve the quality of the standard of newcastle refereeing), is that this will be a good game between two teams fighting for a top 4 spot.
The suns are down a few players (red cards, lofty is happy to fill you in, see his post above) and swansea just finished dropping Raymond Terrace off at school. Swansea will take the points facing the weakned suns lineup. 1-2
Warners Bay vs Mayfield
Its just going to be Mayfield, no need to break it down or make jokes... its just, Mayfield. 0-4
Bero vs Kotara
Bero have shown some improvment this season and surprisingly to most of us have clawed their way up out of the sh!t to look like being a mid table team. It wont be enough tho, Kotara will do the same things they do every damn week that for whatever reason just keeps getting results. The game is at Bero, so as always that crap ground will be a factor, plenty of goals, with Bero's fan base the only rivial for Kotara in the hostile crowd stakes. Kotara need to get some rum into their champion this weekend and set him loose on the locals, ive predialed 0 - 0 on my phone waiting for this one. 1-4
PlasticFan

Afternoon ZPL Fans.
Another week another rundown, currently 8/10 in the tipping comp, pretty chuffed. Before we get into the swing of things, we had a total of 85 votes on the Relegation Poll, the results below speak for themselves;
Relegation Results
Newcastle Suns - 40% - 34 votes
Barnsley – 23% - 20 votes
Raymond Terrace – 23% - 20 votes
Cardiff – 13% - 11 votes
Into this week’s tips!
Cardiff vs Dudley
Plain and simple this entire game relies on whether Dudley decide to turn up on the day. Fairly inconsistent results from the Thistles, however they have only lost to Mayfield. They will either pump Cardiff by 3 or more or scrap out a 1-0 win against a team they believe to be below them. Cardiff did surprise like week against the Suns scrapping together a 2-2 draw however I just see Duds being too strong on the day, unfortunately for everyone else in the comp.
4-1 Dudley.
Barnsley vs Raymond Terrace
Plastic Fan’s Game of the Week.
I would imagine this game will be generating a bit of buzz around the comp as both sides seem to be in a dead heat for Relegation this year (based on results not personal preference), it would be interesting to watch just to find out how bad a game of football could be. This will either go one of two ways, a tightly contested match with a nail-biting finish or an absolute goal fest with both sides (despite one side having the one of the best full backs in the comp) conceding 3 or 4 goals each. The only thing that is for certain is, there will be red cards and someone from the crowd will have too much to drink and abuse will be hurled.
3-3 Draw
Newcastle Suns vs Swansea FC
The Suns have two things to prove this week;
1. They belong in this comp
2. They aren’t grubs
Last week we witnessed the Swans come together again after a tough week against Mayfield by pumping Terrace 7-0. The Suns will be a depleted side with the two undeserved red cards last week. Not much to say about this game except that I don’t see this going to a draw. The Swans do have some quality and I can see them scrapping by this week.
2-1 Swansea
Warners Bay vs Mayfield United
Mayfield rarely concede and Warners Bay rarely score. The proverbial long ball from the Green Tigers will simply destroy the Bay. It won’t be a whitewash though, because Mayfield fail to capitalise on most of their chances; last week was a fluke, so it will be a close game. Everyone hates playing on Sundays, and frankly I can just see it being a slow game for most parts. Should be a good crowd down at the ground though, there’s nothing else to do around town if you don’t own a boat.
2-0 Mayfield
Beresfield vs Kotara South
Kotara, easy. Long Ball, Young Whippet collects, Slots past old man in goals, Repeat.
5-0 Kotara
Looking forward to another cracking weekend.

Round 7 Picks
Record 15/30 hard to pick this season
Cardiff 1-2 Dudley - I expect this to be a tough game Cardiff have been getting better each week but Dudley will prove to strong this week.
Barnsley 3-3 Terrace - Bottom of the table clash im expecting goals but canÂ’t pick a winner I expect one of these teams to be relegated at the end of the season.
Suns 1-4 Swansea - Swansea have lived up to the early season hype and I see them winning against a depleted Suns squad on Sunday, Suns been struggling all grades this season but they have the quality to turn it around.
Warners Bay 0-3 Mayfield - Mayfield are backing up there undefeated season from last year and are proving they are the best team in the comp.
Beresfield 2-5 Kotara - Kotara have the possibility of putting a 7 point gap between the top 4 with a win this week and other results going there way and I expect them to deliver and beat Beresfield.

Does anyone actually know what is happening with NPL and NL1 next year? If a ZPL club was to consider going up do they have to apply? Is there a criteria released for such application? Have applications been sort?
I find it strange that a re-structure is to occur for 2020 yet half way through the 2019 season there has been next to no direction given from NNSWF. Or have i missed it?

Everyone expected that if they’ve got half a brain. Raymond Terrace have been playing well all year they’ve just been a bit unlucky they’ve always been contenders for the top four and today really proved it.
I think they’ll be a force to be reckoned with and after they beat Bero and Warner’s Bay they should be within a pint of top four and Cardiff are easily the worst team I’ve seen in my decades of coaching.
Barnsley had a few good players. Quality left back who really put in a shift and was unlucky to be turned inside out 9 or 10 times. He even made a tackle late in the game. Their striker James nearly scored too and if he was a bit closer than 5 yards out may have converted.
Overall I think Raymond Terrace are a genuine chance of top four.

Everyone expected that if they’ve got half a brain
You are 100% correct and I will not disagree with you on that one. Anyone with half a brain would definitely have been backing Raymond Terrace.
Cardiff are easily the worst team I’ve seen
Kenny you are on fire tonight! They are the worst team, well the poll said the suns but what would people know.
Overall I think Raymond Terrace are a genuine chance of top four.
That is probably were we disagree. I mean maybe if you were dropped on your head at birth you'd believe this... but you do you Mr half a brain.
Only way Raymond Terrace finish in the top 4 is if the ladder was drawn up and stuck to a wall, then fell off and landed upsidedown... then maybe Raymond Terrace would be looking at 1st or 2nd and that top four spot.
Id be be focusing on just not finishing last...
Thanks for the match review tho, it was enjoyable and made me smile. You ticked all the boxes tonight.
Id love to hear the game from Barnsley's point of view.

Overall I think Raymond Terrace are a genuine chance of top four.
kennytwoheadedhatwearer you are a knob, Cardiff the worst team in decades, are we going on the 1st round result, you won 2-1, stop trying to deflect the shit going your way.
Terrace come on here with big statements and you get a tad upset when others pull you up for it, grow the **** up...
as for todays results and yes Dudley did us over, no excuses had a good 1st half then played like shit.

this is tough. Kotara were very annoying last year when it seemed like they had about 15 blokes on here celebrating being the worlds best team halfway through the season, but theyve really piped down this season and recognise they are just a mid table nothing team with some young players.
Meanwhile I've never really disliked suns, always entertaining players who score some great goals. But this season any game ive watched they all just never shut up when it comes to whinging at the ref, opposition and especially their own players - honestly never seen a team in-fight so much. No doubt they are all great mates and its no worries off the field, just annoys me personally. Also no denying theres been quite a few games this season with red cards and injured opposition players.
Still would hate to have them out of the league just due to the quality recruits they get, and because dudley v suns is the best fixture in the league. voting for them though cos this season they are annoying AF. maybe its got something to do with learning to defend this year?

Yer the pitch is bad, I’ve spoken to one of the guys from their committee and he said, council won’t let them do anything to improve it. I’d have to agree they do tend to whinge and whine between each other but Christ again no different to other teams. Seeing you have a soft spot for your boys is not a reliable source. Bitching and moaning to the ref but trying all the "illegal" tricks to win is the usual bitchfest there.

But your completely "unbiased" opinion is the saving grace of this forum?
Back to real talk. Mayfield has certainly stepped up their game. With the goals scored and solid defence, I have found them great to watch this year.
Dudley are probably the biggest disappointment so far. They just don't seem their usual dominant selves.

If you win 1-0 or 9-0 you still only get 3 points. Maybe Barnsley had a good day or Dudley were missing players who knows they also pumped 5 past Swansea. 10 goals in 5 games I think most teams would take that . The biggest disappointment is the Terrace after the pre season chest beating

Round 8 Get around it girls! yeeha!
Swansea vs Barnsley
Swansea running third, maybe they have finished the infighting and hair pulling and got down to playing football.
Barnsley lost at home to Raymond Terrace and I am surprised after that didnt retire from playing football, I dont see Barnsley turning their form around in one week.
Swansea 4:0.
Raymond terrace vs Warners Bay
Raymond Terrace will continue to talk about making the top 4, they beat Barnsley, now nothing can stop them. "Come on boys! our run starts now!" ... except it doesnt, welcome back to the losers circle.
Warners Bay 0:2
Mayfield vs Bero
Bero has been having a bar lifting season, scoring goals, snaging wins well above expectations... They have their eyes locked on the most improved trophy and no one will stop them from reaching their dreams.
Their defence (not the worst) lets in more goals than they can rack up on that tiny field they call home. Mayfield, who? ... will be the talk in the Bero camp as they pull their best efforts to talk up their chances of taking the points.
The dressing sheds at Mayfield better have a nice big mirror so Bero can do their best Cool runnings impersonation, "I see Pride, I see Power, I see some bad ass mothers who don't take no crap off of nobody!"... except Mayfield, 4:0.
Suns vs Dudley
One of those moments in your life when people will be looking back and saying, where were you when the Suns played Dudley.
Underachieving Dudley to take on the Suns at fortress Grub. The Suns have got a couple of ok/decent results over the last few weeks but this will be the test.
Everyone rises the intensity a little for the big games of the season, Will Dudley? or will they continue to crumble at the edges and bathe in the lukewarm waters of mediocrity.
Suns 2:1.
Kotara vs Cardiff
No one will be at this game everyone will be at the Suns vs Dudley, even the lads playing would probably rather be there.
Another battle of the Tigers, ZPL, home of the big cats. Cardiff will have their best shot at knocking Kotara over with sonic the hedgehog riding the pine. Kotara will stick to the game plan tho... what else do they do? will most likely still get a goal. Cardiff after their embarassing loss last week, will be like that wasps nest you found last summer, one minute your just cutting some edges and then your getting mauled by a bunch of tiny flying demons... flying demons that score goals!
1 - 2 Cardiff.

Afternoon ZPL Fans.
Looking to bounce back from last week, honestly still can’t believe the results, I’m still gutted. I’m trying a different tactic this week, the battle of the mascots; surely this will work.
Swansea vs Barnsley
have you ever seen a fight between a Swan and a Bulldog? I have. Swans can be a real asshole at times, biting, scratching, squawking loudly, pulling your shirt; a pretty accurate description of the squad I’ve seen play this year. Compare that to a dog that is known for being lazy, oversized and has difficulty breathing; also a fairly accurate representation. Pitting these two animals against each other can only result in the Swan pecking he hell out of the Bulldog until it decides to slowly tuck its tail between its leg and run home.
Swansea 5 – Barnsley 0
Raymond Terrace vs Warners Bay
I had to google what Raymond Terraces mascot was, apparently, it’s a Lion. So, we have a young lion cub, beating its own chest, trying to take on a Panther. Lions can be seen as dominating; they are the King of Africa. However, the Lionesses seem to have more bite to them than what the Lions do, Lions just lay around most of the time in the sun and roar abuse at anyone that has an internet connection. Panthers however are tricky and cunning and sometimes pink. I would say due to tracking skills a Panther would be able to take down a Lion; its also slightly faster. Doesn’t pack the same punch though. It’s a tough won. I’ll go with my gut.
Raymond Terrace 1 – Warners Bay 2
Mayfield vs Bero
When an Eagle is within its natural habitat it is a dangerous bird of prey; it doesn’t require a large nest to get the job done. Its all about waiting and watching and striking just at the right time. However just imagine that same eagle has an injured wing and is currently on the ground, screaming for help as 11 tigers slowly surround it. That to be honest is how I see this going down.
Mayfield 4 – Bero 0
Suns vs Dudley
First and foremost; Thistle, Really? Out of the thousands of species of animals you could have picked your club decided” you know what, we are a prickly weed”. My god they could not have hit the nail on the head harder. A spot-on description, prickly, annoying things that just won’t go away. Everyone hates them but we just don’t know why. Combat that with Newcastle Suns who have decided that the… sun best represents them. Honestly, at what point did someone at the club decide that the entire universe revolves around them. Putting these two things against each other, you have a weed versus the ACTUAL FCUKING SUN. With no cloud coverage and minimal rain forecast I can’t see any other winner.
Suns 2 – Dudley 1
Kotara vs Cardiff
This game is a little tiger on tiger action. However, we have a bunch of old Tigers versus another bunch of Tigers without their leader, can’t split them. Could seriously go either way but I think it’s a fight to the death where nobody wins.
Kotara 1 – Cardiff 1

Absolutely terrible assessment as per mate, expect nothing less from you.
Swansea vs Barnsley. A swan will almost always be killed by a dog. Here are a few examples.

Although the left back at Barnsley does fit your description; lazy, has trouble breathing, ginger and overweight (most likely with a metabolic disease of some sort).
Raymond Terrace vs Warners Bay
I had to google what Raymond Terraces mascot was, apparently, it’s a Lion. So, we have a young lion cub, beating its own chest, trying to take on a Panther. Lions can be seen as dominating; they are the King of Africa. Raymond Terrace 1 – Warners Bay 2
Here again we can see a Lion easily beating a panther https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X9p56wSzsPA
Lions are also not known for chest beating. Your gut is wrong and I recommend seeing a gastroenterologists
Actually Eagles do have quite large nests. "A typical bald eagle nest (eyrie) will range from 1.8 to 3 meters (6-10 feet) in diameter and about 1.8 to 3 meters (6 to 10 feet) high." http://eaglenature.com/eagle_facts.php
The injured wing analogy doesn't apply here as I have good intel saying that Bero's wingers are fully fit. If you said an eagle with an injured stiker or an injured centre mid, that would have made more sense.
Putting these two things against each other, you have a weed versus the ACTUAL FCUKING SUN. With no cloud coverage and minimal rain forecast I can’t see any other winner.
Suns 2 – Dudley 1
The light from the sun takes eight minutes to reach Earth and although many of the Suns players have their own gravitational pull, they also take about eight minutes to react to things (NASA) https://sunearthday.nasa.gov/2007/locations/ttt_sunlight.php. Thistles also thrive on sunlight and need it to grow (Schumann, Paul, Melzer, Dörmann, & Jahns, 2017) https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5413563/

oh Kennytwoheadedhatwearer, you are a knob still, once again trying to deflect the shit flying your way, we at Cardiff haven't jumped on here and spruiked any greatness for season 2019, unlike you.
Staying up and rebuilding is our aim this year, but when I have to open the forum up and see the dribble coming out of your mouth, it just makes me think how shit we have been, played in ZPL or ID1's (albeit a bit lucky one year) since around 2002, what about the terrace?
A question to you, so is this the terrace side that actually stays in zpl for more than 3/4 years or drops down when you run out of money again? because we all know how you like to spend money, or has this been passed onto little Kenny....
and on the looking silly side, what all your mirrors broken.....
