I think Cowburn is fantastic but it's not his natural position and if Vujica is injured, my point was more that our cover and depth is continuing to dwindle.
It also does throw up opportunity for Miller to sign someone else.
You never know the injury replacement may cut the mustard and we re sign them in the future
Bit of a test for Ledman to see whether they will fund the injury replacement or go without like the FFAil done last season with Labi

There is bugger all quality u20 Aust LB's. It was why I could pick out Vujica out as a potential signing because its a small list. It certainly wasn't from my knowledge of the Croatian youth leagues. My guess is they won't replace Allessi as the club have enough cover at RB/CB. If Vujica were long term injured they might or they might just wait until we need someone.Quote:

Find Millers comments interesting re: not signing anymore minimum wage players in reference to the clash with the NPL select side ie Virgili and Moriyasu. Brennan and Pav for eg I assume would be minimum wage, with Nabbout currently trialling, he probably would not fit in the minimum wage category but he surely wouldn't be considered higher than the next tier of players ie probably Cooper, Cowburn....surely?
