Mitch Cooper is on a senior contract, not a full time NYL.
Postman you need to add the requirement for 3 x u21 players in the full-time 20-23 man senior squad. The 3 x Full time NYL contracted players are additional to that.

He is too old to be a contracted NYL PV4. Maybe in his original 2 year contract but he signed a 12 month extension last year. Contracted NYL contracts by definition are 2 years in length and the player must be turning 20 or younger in the 2nd year. Cooper turns 21 in SeptemberQuote:
