Westlakes Wildcats FC are looking for a club to verse in a trial game on Saturday March 18th. We would prefer to have 3 grades playing but if no other takers will happily verse ZL2 with 2 grades.
We have a ground available (not affected by cricket) but can travel if needed.

Westlakes Wildcats FC - Zone Premier League 2023
Meet and greet BBQ Saturday 14th January 2.30pm, Fishburn Fields, Dorrington Road, Rathmines.
Preseason begins February 7th 6.30pm and every Tuesday and Thursday onwards.
Whether you were disappointed with the opportunities made available to you last season or are just looking for a fresh start with new goals, come by yourself or bring your mates and get the opportunities you’ve been chasing. We cater for all skill levels. Whether it’s enjoying a game with your mates in third grade or pushing yourself to make the step up into reserves and first grade in the Zone Premier Competition, the opportunities are there for everyone.
Over the past 10 years the club has climbed three divisions because of the hard work put in by everyone involved. In recent years we have made the finals and had some success in the Australia Cup.
The 2022 season was our first in the Zone Premier. Having lost some key players to work and family commitments, the club found the first year a challenge. This season we are keen to bounce back and challenge for finals which is what we are more than capable of.
Westlakes boasts a proud history and many players at the club are from the juniors. Being a small club nestled away has always made attracting players from outside the area a challenge but despite this once signed, many of our players have stayed with the club over the 5 to 10 years or even more. This demonstrates how much the club means to the Westlakes Football club.
Coaching staff are dedicated and passionate about the game and the club. They can guarantee to bring out the best in you. Our training and playing grounds are up with the best in the region. The club works extremely hard to improve and maintain the facilities as evident when you come to the ground. It’s a good feeling turning up to train and play on a great surface.
When you join in 2023, we can guarantee you will feel welcome and enjoy yourself on and off the field. We provide great incentives to those who help out off the field. Nothing is mandatory, we will work around your commitments outside football to support you.
