This has been raised at the members sub-committee meeting, and the club looking into options, complications come with different ticketing companies looking after different stadiums.
Logic suggests the two sydney clubs dont need to as their derbies sell out.
and offering discounts to WSW fans to head north is not needed as they travel is large numbers anyway. Just ask our PA guy.
It's more about getting Sydney fans up to Us and CCM (which is already pretty strong) and Us and CCM to all venues.
Big fan of both of the Sydney kits. So simple.
They have to change the home kits star from the gold that is shown, to silver. Gold is reserved for the returning champions (ie MV).
http://www.fourfourtwo.com/au/news/f...champion-clubs
Clubs who win the championship will be entitled to display a gold logo of the competition they won, featuring the word ‘Champions’ (for Hyundai A-League and Westfield W-League) or ‘Winners’ (for Westfield FFA Cup). This will be worn in the season immediately following the title win.
Reigning AFC Champions League winners the Western Sydney Wanderers FC will be recognised with a gold star above the club logo in perpetuity.
This will be the entitlement for any Australian club that wins Asia’s most prestigious club competition, with any subsequent AFC Champions League titles won by a club to include a number contained in the middle of the star representing the number of Asian titles.
The retrospective policy means any club that has won the A-league or W-League championship can display a silver star above their club logo in perpetuity.
For the second and subsequent titles, the star shall include a number contained in the middle of the star, which represents the number of titles won.
OK
why don't they just ask us ffs, instead of leaving style decisions to guys who wear crocs and cargo shorts?

that jersey is the shirt equivalent of this
I email them every single year offering my free services at designing, or at the very least offering input and approvals, into kit design. And I've never received a reply.
They'll tell us that these kits were designed by former admin and the time was too short to change design.
Lack of time and effort is no excuse for shithouse kits
OK
input and approvals ffs
Maybe Pico should submit his portfolio.
a number of kits were designed.
they asked the sub-committee what we wanted from a kit - without showing us the mock ups
and staying in colours of the club crest guidlines
the feedback was given that it needed to be
simpler - no gradient ugly stripe shit, or patchy/busy RL type kits, more a traditional football kit
less "knight" looking, so less a combo of red/blue
more gold
I assume they then applied these guidlines to the designs already created with kit supplier
this was well before tinkler ****ed off
Have it on a reliable source that this is our new kit.
nailed it
