Tenambit ended up finishing with the spoon and drop back to zl3. Obviously not the best of years but coming up after finishing 5th last year in zl3 and having a few of that years first grade drop out after the state cup game this year, a relegation battle was always on the cards. Went on a bit of a run in the back end of the year but wasn't enough in the end.

Certainly gave us a run at the end!
And to be honest, if it wasn't for Merewether's keeper having a shocker of a day, and Maryland not hitting the target more often, we could be in a very different position right now.
Big congrats to the boys on putting in the effort towards the end of the year though mate!

Big day for the Rangers with ressies taking on the undefeated Simba and coming away with a well deserved 3-0 win, Rangers were looking pretty sharp with a well balanced team, 5 of which played in last years 1st grade team.
1st grade started a bit shaky with Simba going up 2-0 early with plenty of momentum, Didn't take long for the game to settle in with a 2-2 half time score, The game ended 5-3 rangers but was a very tough game and a few boys will definitely be sore this week.

I will be happy if I never play on that pitch again! Ridiculous to be playing on that surface. But well done to the boys for getting the job done today, bring on next Sunday!

Hello ZL2 it's good to be back. How do we think the competition will be this year, I didn't follow this comp that closely last year but I do believe the 3 teams coming up will adjust to this level and not just be here to fill numbers. In saying that I won't be predicting top 4 or anything as from previous efforts iv been left severely red faced figure Il save myself the trouble.

I made a few brief appearances this season, not many. Mostly played Friday nights

I did play in goals in the 7-0 drubbing vs u blokes at your home, after being pulled from the crowd. But had more of a watching brief this season.
