    The clubs can only develop players for their own first grade, that has to be their focus and priority

    And I believe this is what they do, if in the mean time a player shows greater potential than that is what Jets Youth is about

    Yes I agree that current set up is definitely more orientated to young bloomers.
    Interesting comment on fox commentary last Wednesday night, talking about Aidan Brice, called him a diamond in the rough, but also inferred it would be hard to be picked up by an A League club because he hasn't had exposed to the youth development programs
