I agree. Youth shouldn?t be a requirement to play NPL. With promotion through all grades NL1 might end up with half the comp not having jnr teams in the coming year. Where does that leave promotion etc. it should be the top 12 strongest clubs in first grade are in NPL wether they have Jnrs or not
Strongest or most financial clubs would be better, stuff developing youth, just buy the suckers...
