Maybe clubs like Lambton, like Cardiff etc, could do with a bit of extra cash? Who are you to say they aren't doing anything to help themselves anyway? As shocking as it may sound, not every club has the backing of organisations like Newcastle Macedonia. Maybe what Lambton can afford is what they are spending currently, but an extra few thousand dollars would be extremely beneficial for them? What if the only thing stopping the "second tier" clubs from going that extra mile is an injection of cash. It's not like NNSWF would be short of cash because of this, it would simply be a re-channelling of funds that would go to one club, into the other 8 or 9.
But that won't help to improve the league, so lets just let the rich clubs get richer, and not help any other club.
