Assuming our ownership issue is resolved satisfactorily soon you blokes able to bring up the issue of our colours??

I would like to see the red and blue banished and either embrace the e&c as our colours or go back to gold. Either one I will be happy with. I do though want the colours changed from the current dictators colour choice as part of our overhaul

It's a logical move. New owner wins fans by making e&c and gold home and away kits. Then makes money by selling said new merch

More so to sauce the fans for ideas outside of the foz illuminati to diversify your ideas??

you guys should ask Tinks to show his commitment to the club by meeting with you as representatives of the clubs fans. You can then respectfully discuss issues with him and suggest a return to the gold

It went well. We all attended and focused the discussions on the communication processes with the club. While I'd like to share what we talked about, we will be taking some things from it to the club so out of respect for them and the committee process I think it best we speak with them directly instead of sharing it through this medium. However once the meeting has been held I will certainly share.

However, I will say we sorted ourselves out within the committee and we have what we believe are solid, yet fair, proposals

closed shop is the last thing we want, and its what we are working towards avoiding.

process is a bit slow as the meetings are currently so infrequent. and working trelationships are still being built. all positive so far.

still very very early days in what i hope is a structure within the club that lasts for decades.
just trying to get it all right to start with!

Closed shop is not what we want, but as Gaz has said, this is early days and trust is being built. We will continue to share the outcomes from the meeting with the Jets once we have them.

Thank you for your email and apologies for my delayed response.

Thanks for being so transparent with your communications to some of the Members from the Members sub-committee. I do appreciate that, and I also understand all of our Members frustrations at the moment especially since what has transpired over the past few weeks.

The formation of the Members sub-committee, and I think all of the Members will agree, is a really great step in the right direction. We have only had one meeting thus far and it is going to take time for these meetings to operate as efficiently as they can.

We have made it clear from the start that the group will act in a consultative manner proving a range of views across different stakeholder groups of the Member’s base and we outlined a number of objectives that we hope to achieve as a group including to enhance the relationship between the Club and it’s Members and for our Members to play a role in achieving success.

We also made it clear that the formation of the sub-committee was not to discuss football related issues such as team performance and selection.

As I said, the sub-committee is in early stages and I am sure that it will organically form over the coming months into a really positive focus for the Club and it’s Members.

Oh absolutely. I have nothing against brooke at all. Every time I have talked with her it has been reasonable however reduced due to restrictions.

The lack of transparency at the Jets has got markedly worse in the last 12 months. That is another reason why we need a total clean-out and start afresh. Too much bullshit, too many lies, too many people pushing their own agendas, too many "jobs for the boys" been going on for too long and that is why the club has failed. Remember when the old NSL had the "Crawford Report" into the state of the game and recommendations on how to improve it? I think we need a similar thing done here at the Jets so we as supporters know WHY our club has continually failed to get into the top 60% of teams in a comp governed by a salary cap!!!

just keep puting those meeting minutes/summaries/actions up after each official meeting. they were good.
