Depends who's in bay 60. If the kaze lads were too make a return & ncl lads then we the dynamics of bay 60 change but the way things are now I could really only see a couple engaging in songs like for example '**** off stubbins, **** off stubbins', 'your a **** stubbins, your a **** stubbins'. I agree there needs to be several anti stubbins songs and yes he did get away with it lightly last Friday night.

I can't be there cause I'm working so I hope there is a significant core in bay 60. Also would be good to see the lunatic corner terrace full too.

you only had to see the security presence and police presence in our bay last friday for the poor numbers we already have, that chanting stubbins your a **** would have resulted in an immediate kick out, think of blackmac as well. if he chants one derogatory chant on the mega or joins in on one he is a dead duck.

imo the support of the players last friday was more important than stubbins, things may have changed this week.

i think stubbins understands we all ****ing hate him, just look what he he had to at the end of the game. if i had to walked down the wrong tunnel by 5 security guards than there is obviously something seriously wrong.

Seeing comments on the jets facebook page the most noise all game from our fans came from bay 4 & 5?

So we made a choice not to show up yesterday.

The newy crowd did well and I enjoyed the game from bay three with my old man, instead of with a megaphone and my back to it.

Props to the big men on facebook saying how shit we are, come join in. Help out. It ain't hard.

NTUA but many did not even join in in that.
An occasional c'mon Newcastle but that was 95% started outside the bay
Most people were sitting down
In the minute after we scored chanting finally started and people fired up but basically none before that

People seem to like what we do so much they get pissy when we don't do it.

i hear that the legion are a proper firm, similar to the roman legions of old

Invite to take bay60 so as to avoid trouble with the seccos for being active in non active areas.
Give them all the support they need. If they can get things going again, good on them.
Bend over backwards to assist them I say.


Only a few outcomes are possible.....

It takes off, and active support is resurrected and we can go the games more freely with new blood taking over.

Or,

It falls on its arse and a few more people get a better idea of how it's been like pushing shit up hill with rake for a number of seasons, and the active group under whatever name might start to grow.



Let them deal with the stadium, police, security, ****wits who jump out of the bushes and thry to break your teeth 15 on 1, and all the naysayers who shitbag anyone in newy for trying to do anything active.


Welcome these guys with open arms, give them the active area, do everything we can to accommodate their efforts.

Any new group will have a lovely time I am sure, perhaps they will learn a thing or two about what it takes to have a group stand and chant together each week. I just ain't as easy as they all think
